"Wake up!"

My eyes opened, and I quickly sat up.

"Sapnap, what the hell? Get out. I don't have pants on." I mumbled.

He hit me really hard in the face with a pillow. I grabbed one and hit him back 2 times harder.

"Stop it asshole." I demanded.

"Get up. Karl's here to make that deal." He stated.

"You mean your fuck buddy?" I asked.

"We're talking business today. Therefore, we've never been in a room alone together." He told me.

"Right. Just because we're making business deals that doesn't automatically mean your sexual relationship with him just grows legs and walks away." I said.

"Yes, it does." He argued.

"Well, use your dick for some good and get us a deal. I'll be down soon. Try to keep your hands off each other." I mumbled.

"I'll try." He replied, climbing off my bed.

He left my room, shutting the door behind him.

Karl is probably going to come over tonight again.

I got myself dressed in my suit and did my hair neatly. I took a deep breath and left my room. My 2 bodyguards were right outside. They followed me down the hall and down the several flights of stairs. I quickly made my way to the conference room. I opened the door and stepped inside. My bodyguards followed me to the opposite end of the table to Karl.

Sapnap isn't here. Where is he?

"Karl." I stated.

"Clay." He replied.

He seemed annoyed, although he was the one who had set up this meeting. He had at least 6 bodyguards behind him.

Does he not trust me? He's been here many times before.

"Why did you come here today?" I asked.

Before he could speak, the door opened, and Sapnap came in. Sap smiled at Karl, and Karl fought his hardest not to return it, having to look down. Sap took his seat and apologized for the interruption. Karl cleared his throat and looked at me again.

"I need your help with a project I'm working on." He stated.

"What would you need my help with?" I asked.

Karl is successful on his own. Sapnap helped me along with other large companies. Karl did everything on his own.

He sighed.

"I launched it, and it failed. I didn't have enough buyers. I made some changes, and I just need you to put funds into it and help promote it." He explained.

I leaned back in my chair and sighed.

"Karl, I want to help you, but you know how I feel about failed projects on my record." I mumbled.

He nodded.

"I know, but I can assure you, it won't fail this time. Especially with your guys' help. Just, please?" He begged.

Sap and I looked at each other. I leaned over.

"He seems really desperate. Should we help him?" I mumbled.

Sap seemed to be thinking. He pulled away from me.

"What would the split be?" He asked.

"I was thinking twenty-five percent. I'm open to negotiating that, though." Karl offered.
