All the people are in the court and the lawyer is showing the CCTV footage in front of everyone.
When Urmila saved Kishan from Naina at the night party, she was staying in Kishan's room with herself and lawyer says to judge.

Lawyer (l): my lord ab aur kya sabut chahiye court ko?

Ps to ss: santu haseena ko phone lagao beta.

Ss: ji.

And Santu calls Urmila but the call is not answered then she says from PJ.

Ss: pj phone nni lg rha hai.

L to judge: my lord ye case pahle se hi shishe ke trh saaf tha CCTV FOOTAGE, gawAH ye sabit karte hai ki Mr. Singh ne hi Urmila ka rape Kiya hai. Isliye main court se guzarish karta hu ki Mr. Singh ko Umar kaid ki saja di Jaye Umar kaid ki.

Then sm gets up from her seat and walks towards the lawyer and says.

Sm: are jhuth bol rha hai ye sarasar jhuth bol raha hai humara kishan aisa kar hi nhi skta are wo DCP hai.

Judge (j): order order.

Sm to j: aap ise Bari kijiye hum use Ghar lekar jayenge. (LOUDLY)

Then Kishan goes near nm and makes her sit quietly and then comes to the his place and the judge says.

J: public prociquter ki tRf se pesh ki gyi gawaho k aadhar, aur Mr. Kishan k wakil ke achank iss case ko chhod jane par ye sabit ho chuka hai ki Mr. Kishan Singh ne hi Urmila  Mahadev Mhatre ka nashe ki halt mein rape Kiya hai.
Lihaza ye adalt inhe Doshi mante huye.....

Aise kaise main ladungi Mr. Singh ka case.

A lady came in front and judge asks.

J: ji aap Kaun?

Lady: main Shivani Pawar advocate of high court aur ab main hi Mr. Singha ka case ladungi.

J: Jo kahna Hai saaf saaf kahiye.

Shivani Pawar (sp): main kuchh Kahne se pahle isi CCTV KA PURA FOOTAGE WITH SOUND REACORDING K SAATH SUNANA CHAHTI HU.

J: izazat hai.

Shivani plays the CCTV footage of that night in front of everyone and all the conversations that happened that night between Naina and um are played in front of everyone and seeing this judge says.

J: Miss. MATHUR KO KATGHARE MEIN BULAYA JAYE.

And then Naina comes to the victim room and places her hand on Gita and says.

Nm: main Gita par hath rakhkar kasam Khali hu main Jo bhi kahungi Sach kahungi Sach ke Siwa aur kuchh nhi kahungi.

Then sp goes near to nm and asks.

Sp: aapka haseena malik k sath kya rishta hai aap kya court ko batayengi?

Nm: main uski best friend hu.

Sp to j: yor orner aisa pahli baar ho raha hai ki jiska rape hua hai usne koi FIR NHI KI BALKI USKI DOST JO KI USKI DOST BHI NHI HAI BALKI USKE JAISI DIKHNE WALI HUMSHMAL HAI USNE CASE FILE KI HAI.
Aur agar jb Urmila Mahadev Mhatre ne khud se koi complain nhi Kiya to mere client par koi case nhi banta.
Aur mujhe nhi lagta ki mujhe meri baat sabit karne k liye kisi gawah ki jarurat hai kyonki pratyksh ko kisi praman ki aavshykta nhi hoti.

Then judge nods his head in yes And asks to lawyer.

J: Mr. Jha aapko kuchh kahna Hai.

L: yes my lord mujhe bahut kuchh puchhna hai.

Then he goes near ks and before he can finish it a voice comes from behind.

Kuchh bhi puchhne se pahle iss victim ko bhi ek baar dekh lijiye.

And then everyone looks back and gets shocked because it is none other than Urmila and Anil is also there with her and seeing this, Naina gets worried. And she something sign language to Mr. Jha then he tells the judge.

L: my lord ye gawah meri list nein nhi tha isliye aage ki proceeding k liye mujhe thoda waqt chahiye isliye aap plz agli date De dijiye. (Points to anil)

Sp: yor orner ye koi gawah nhi Hai ye wo insan hai jiske wajh se ye jhutha case banaya gaya I think ye case solve hi chuka hai isliye meri aapse ye apil hai ki aap apna faisla sunate huye mere client ko Riha kar dijiye.

L: par my lord.

J: ye sahi kah rahi Hai jb tk victim khud apne man se complain file nhi kar skta kanun uski koi madat nhi kar skti Mr. Singh par jhutha case banaya gaya wah bikul bekasur hai.

And hearing this everyone become very happy and ks says in his mind.

Ks: nujhe Pata tha mujhe bachane k liye tum kuchh bhi karogi lekin anil ko hi le aAogi aur naina ka sara daaw ulta kar dogi ye nhi socha tha....

Um looks at ks & says in her mind.

Um: humne kaha tha na aapko insaf dilane k liye hum kuchh bhi karenge aapse Kiya wada Nibha Rahe Hai aapko Ghar lekar jana hai aur kuchh batana bhi hai DCP ji.

J: iss case ki wajh se Mr. Singh ka Jo image loss hua hai wah to hum unhe wapas nhi kar skte lekin un par lage sare jhuthe ilzam hum wapas lete Hai adalt unhe nirdosh Manti hai aur unhe baizzat.....

then the court bell rang and judge says.

J: adalt apna faisla lunch k baad sunayegi. The court Is adjourned.
