Chapter 92

"What do you mean what happened?" He asked you.

You look down to the chunk of hair that you assume you cut off.

"I-I don't know what's going on." You say as you bring your other hand up to your face to wipe away your tears. "One moment I'm on a mission and then I blink and I'm here with a chunk of my hair cut off." You explain. He looks at you surprised.

"So you don't remember anything?" He asks, uncrossing his arms.

"No!" You raise your voice slightly, tightening the grip on your hair. You cut right where the red part of your hair started so you only had white hair in that part.

"Well what happened doesn't matter alright. I just came to see if you were back to normal already and you are so I should go." He said, shoving his hands in his pockets, trying to act nonchalant.

"No, it's not alright. This..." You finally just let yourself cry. "This isn't alright." You admit, looking down at the floor. Bakugou stands there for a moment not knowing what to do.

"It's just hair." He says trying to comfort you.

"No it's not!" You say sniffling. Bakugou reaches a hand to grab your shoulder then takes it back. He holds his head with both hands and lets out a groan. He takes out his phone to check the time before speaking.

"Ok hurry up, we don't have much time." He says grabbing your hand and leading you to your balcony.

"What are yo-" He puts a finger to his lips signaling for you to be quiet.

"You want to fix your hair don't you?" He said as he stood up on the railing of the balcony. "Come on, it's already past curfew so no one should be out." He extended his hand out to you.

You take his hand with your free one and look at the loose hair in your other hand one last time before letting it go and the wind blowing it away.

"You're so dramatic." He says with a slight smile as he pulls you up. You scowl at him, he just doesn't understand.

He begins climbing down the balcony and jumps on the balcony below you. You follow him, still not knowing where he is taking you. Your room was on the third floor so it wasn't long before you both reached the ground.

He grabbed your hand and started running, you almost tripped over your feet but were able to catch yourself and run alongside him.

"Bakugou, where are you taking me? And why don't I remember anything? What happened?" You ask, still confused and wanting more answers.

"I told you, we're going to get your stupid hair fixed. Now shut up before we get caught." He says looking around.

"It's not stupid." You mumble. You both made it off campus and slowed your pace to a walk. He let go of your hand and shoved them in his pocket.

You didn't want to question him any more since he probably wouldn't give you answers. You walked in silence, trying your best to remember what happened after the mission but having no luck.

Eventually you both made it to the train station and Bakugou hurried you on a train. The cart you two were on was mostly empty. You sat next to each other but stayed silent.

You looked straight ahead and saw your reflection in the glass window on the other side of the train. You almost forgot that you had cut off a chunk of your hair until you saw it in your reflection. It felt weird to look at yourself, so you didn't do it often, but this time you couldn't look away and that's when you started to remember.

Flashback~

As you gain consciousness, you feel yourself laying in a bed but it's not as comfortable as yours. You open your eyes and you see that you're in the infirmary. You didn't have any bandages or bruises you could see so you wondered why you were here. That's when you remember the mission you went on.

You begin to sit up when you hear the door open.

"Oh you're awake, that's good." Recovery girl said as she stepped inside.

"How long was I asleep?" You ask.

"You came in yesterday and it's now lunch time so about half a day. How are you feeling?" She explained with a concerned look on her face.

"I feel fine." You answer, change into your regular clothes and shoes.

"You were hit with a quirk and the only thing the villain has said about it is that you won't be feeling like yourself, so please be careful." She says. You stood up and felt your head slightly throb. You stood still for a moment to let it pass and the recovery girl gave you a worried look. You felt rather normal, with just a slight hint of annoyance for some reason. You also really wanted to go home, which was a first for you. "Go have some lunch, you need the energy." She said with a smile, motioning to the door.

You walked out and were blinded by the bright lights in the building. It also felt too warm for your liking and it made you feel uneasy. Why was everything so damn annoying? You're rubbing your eyes when you hear someone call your name.

"Y/n!" You look back and it's Midoriya. Oh God!! You really don't feel like talking to him right now. "Are you feeling better? I was so worried." He said looking at you with a big smile. 'I was so worried.' You mimic in your head. His words felt so fake all of a sudden.

"What? Was Shoto busy, is that why you had to come bug me?" You said, turning back around and shoving your hands in your pockets. What a fake bitch. He didn't follow you as you made your way to the cafeteria. You wondered if you asked Aizawa, he would just let you go home for the weekend. Your head was killing you, so you decided to take your hair down. It really is such a pain, you wondered why you haven't just cut it off already.

You rubbed your scalp after all your head was down and it felt so good. You walked into the cafeteria and it was so goddamn loud, the people here really didn't know how to shut up. Nothing looked appetizing to you so you began walking away. You heard someone call your name again. You groaned and turned around. You saw Mina waving her hand with Kaminari, Sero, Kirishima, Jirou, and Bakugou next to her, all looking at you.

You scowl at them, scoff, and turn back around to walk away. Then, you heard someone next to you begin to laugh.

"Wow. What's with the change of heart Y/n? Do you not have any friends either?" Monoma said, looking at you. You just stared back at him for a moment. When did he get so cute?
