There was already a large crowd around you by the time he got outside. He pushed through the crowd to see a random teacher pulling you off Monoma.
"Oh." He said, slightly relieved. "Oh shit!" He continued as he realized you'd be in big trouble for fighting again.
"Don't touch me!" You yelled at the teacher and pushed him away once you were on your feet. You tried to catch your breath as everyone stared around you, not only at your burnt uniform but at the steam coming off your body.
Damn it! You made a scene again. Why are you so fucking sensitive. Now everyone is staring...judging. It was getting harder to catch your breath. You shut your eyes and brought your hands to cover your ears.
All you could do was hang your head low to avoid their judging eyes. That's when someone came up to you.
"Y/n! Are you alright? What happened?" Mina asked, standing in front of you with a worried expression as she grabbed the two burnt ends of your shirt and crossed them over each other to cover you up. All you did was glance over at Monoma and then back at her.
"I'm sorry." You say slowly.
"Hey, it's ok. It's gonna be ok." She comforted you, lightly holding one of your hands as she kept her grip on your shirt so it stays closed. She looked like she was about to cry, and you felt awful for being the cause of it.
"I'm so sorry." Is all you could say, trying to comfort her back.
Then you felt something over your shoulders, it was someone's blazer. You didn't have to look back to know who it was, you caught his scent as you put on the blazer correctly and Mina buttoned it up for you. Then you heard his voice.
"What the fuck are you extras staring at?" Bakugou yelled at the crowd, making them disperse.
"I'm sure you know where to go." The teacher said to you as he carried Monoma away. It was silent for a moment after everyone but Mina. A part of you was glad Bakugou left but another part of you was disappointed.
"I'll go by myself." You break the silence, avoiding eye contact with both of them.
"Are you sure? I don't mind." Mina said, grabbing your hand.
"No, it's fine. You should head to class." You reply, stepping away from her and walking to the principal's office.
You took your time walking there, passing by Recovery girl's office for a new uniform shirt, knowing you're in big trouble now, and that they probably called your Father by now. There wasn't anyone in her office so you guess she quickly patched Monomanup and he went straight to Principal Nezu's office.
As you stood outside the door to Principal Nezu's office you mentally cursed yourself.
Why did you lash out? You should have just ignored him. You inconvenienced everyone! Why is it so hard to control your emotions?
You stand there contemplating all the choices you've ever made that brought you to this moment when the door opens in front of you and out comes...
"Mr. Aizawa?" You said stepping to the side as he walked out the room. You were expecting your Father to walk out the room. He let out a sigh as he turned to you.
"I was able to get you a suspension for the rest of the semester, since we only have less than two weeks left you'll be fine." He spoke calmly, putting his hands in his pockets.
"Suspension?" Your eyes widen, not believing what he had just explained.
"Yeah, you're lucky that's all." He assured you. Your eyes wandered as he spoke to Monoma and who you could only think were his parents walking out the principals office. He had a bandage on his face and his mothers eyes caught yours as she walked by, scowling at you. "You would've been expelled for something like that Y/n but fortunately for you I understand your situation with Monoma and was able to explain that to Nezu." He explained.
"Thank you Mr. Aizawa." You thanked, bowing your head slightly. Your father would actually kill you for getting expelled. But one thing you didn't understand was how he knew what happened. Did Principal Nezu call him into his office?
"Don't thank me too much kid, your problems are far from over." He says letting out a soft sigh as he places a hand over your head, slightly ruffling your hair before he walks away.
Just as he left, the door to Nezu's office opened once more and you felt the dread overcome your body as your father stepped out of the door. It's like all the breath in your lungs had vanished, feet cemented into place, heart pounding as he stepped over to you with a serious face. You kept your head up but averted your eyes as he looked down at your arms by his sides. He was in his hero costume and you could feel more heat coming off of him than usual.
"What..the hell...did you do to your hair?" He spoke slowly, venom dripping from his voice. Your eyes widened, completely forgetting that he wasn't aware of the new change to your appearance.
"I was hit by a quirk and some of it got cut so I thought it would be best to cut the rest to make it even." You explained quickly, only telling him some of the truth that will get you into less trouble, hoping that would be the end of it.
"You thought wrong. You look like your useless mother." He spit out with a disgusted look on your face. "Since it's obvious you're forgetting your place you are coming home immediately and going through some...extra training, the whole duration of your suspension." He explained looking down at you with piercing eyes and gritted teeth, obviously very angry at you but trying to keep his composure. All you could do was nod back.
"That's no way to talk to someone. It wasn't even her fault. That jackass started it, Y/n just finished it." You jumped as you heard Bakugou's voice coming from behind your father. You and your father looked at him, you in panic, and your father in surprise. Bakugou calmly walked around your father and stood next to you before speaking again and you tried your best to tell him to shut up with your eyes. "I understand she's your daughter but she's also a person." He said bluntly, crossing his arms and scowling up at your father.
Your father turned his glare to you, his flames burning brighter by the second, fueled by anger.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" Your father finally said after processing the amount of audacity Bakugou has.
"I-"
"He's no one! Just a classmate!" You interject, stepping in front of Bakugou to break their stare down. "He's one of Shoto's friends that lent me his uniform when mine got burned." You say with an obviously forced smile, remembering his uniform jacket you have in your hands. "He's taking it and he's leaving." You say, eyeing for Bakugou to go as you shove his uniform into his hands.
"What? No." Bakugou whispered to you, knowing you wanted him to leave. You noticed your father kept looking from you to Bakugou then back at you, obviously trying to come to some conclusion, which made your heart race even faster.
"I should get my things packed if that's alright with you father." You say, basically begging to leave.
"There'll be a driver waiting for you outside." He spoke after a moment of silence before he began to walk away.
