xxii. Gather the others

Bill and Jade jumped out of Zack's car before he was fully able to come to a stop. Bill and Jade walked inside to see Richie playing Street Fighter. "Richie" bill said. "What do you want?" He said as he slammed on the buttons with a focused and competitive face.

"See that guy I'm hitting? I'm pretending it's you".

"I-it got Beverly.."

"What are you talking about?"

"The clown Richie". Jade said. "He has Beverly"

Richie stopped slamming on the buttons and turned around to face Jade and Bill. "Come on we have to get the others" Jade said as the boys followed Jade out the arcade and into the car. "Zack Johnson? What are you doing with him?". Richie asked, pushing up his glasses. "Don't worry about it".

"Hey Rich" Zack awkwardly said as he started driving. "Can I use your phone?". Jade asked. "Sure" she picked up the red phone and called Eddies house. The phone rang two times before it picked up.

"Hello?"

"Eddie it's Jade. Listen, I'm here with Bill and Richie. It got Beverly and we have to go save her before something terribly bad happens to her".

"Okay" Eddie exhaled. "I'll meet you at Neibolt". He said and hung up. "Eddie's going to meet us there!" She told the boys in the back.

"C-can I get the phone?" Jade handed Bill the phone as he called Mike, Ben and Stanley.

"Do you know where Neibolt is?" Jade asked Zack. "Yeah".

"Good. Can you drop us off over there?"

"Yeah" he took a sharp left turn and pressed on the gas. Zack drove as fast as he could over to Neibolt. A few minutes later they came to a stop at the front of the house. The rest of the boys were already there.

Jade, Bill and Richie got out the car. Mike was strapped with bullets and a pistol. The seven kids walked past the little gate and to the front of the house.
