Once, we sat to complete an application's quest,Its purpose now a memory, faded and suppressed,
I let you fill-in my details, trusting in your finesse,
But stumbled at my birth date, causing some distress.
I shot you a glare, feeling a tad oppressed,
Then laughter erupted, our spirits blessed,
You pondered my birthday, a puzzling mess,
Confusion if 14th or 17th reigned, leaving us in a guess.
No longer baffled by dates, I must confess,
But tangled in emotions, a turbulent mess.
