I think the main reason I wanted to hand out with you was because we hadn't talked in a while and I just generally enjoy your presence. Plus, I know that you're tired or being the one to always make plans with people, so I thought you'd appreciate the gesture.
I didn't really have any expectations other than that you show up and have fun. I asked to hang out with YOU because I wanted to be with YOU specifically. I wasn't holding you to any standards.
