Madison Maven 'Privilege' - The Boys

31: Oh boy, not this.

The next day.

Madison was still thinking about what Butcher had done and was hating herself so much for thinking about it.

It was a stupid little kiss that he did because he was drunk which meant absolutely nothing.

Madison walked into the Boys hideout because she's apart of them now and no more Seven...right?

Madison saw Frenchie in the corner playing with Kimiko, 'connect 4' the board game.

She didn't want to disturb them.

Madison then turned to the couch and saw Starlight and Hughie talking, serious stuff.

Madison then looked up and saw M.M calling on the phone with his 'ex' wife about his daughter, also serious.

Madison then saw Butcher by himself at the table, having what it seems a rough morning, Madison still couldn't erase what happened but it couldn't possibly change anything.

Madison walked over to him and wanted to address it to him, what he did.

Madison sat in front of him and stayed silent until he then looked up at her and was confused, He started off the conversation, "something bit you up the noggin or what?"

Madison looked at him and addressed it, "what happened yesterday um—was that just a usual Tuesday to you or what?"

Madison couldn't believe his nonchalant smile and face.

Butcher sat up and chuckled at her seeing her rallied up, He responded with a light tone, "what's making you upset, love? my presence or what?"

Madison asked him and couldn't believe him, "you seriously don't remember? oh my god, you are unbelievable, once again."

Butcher looked at her and did know what he had done yesterday but was giving her a hard time and plus he was sort of embarrassed by it, it sort of bruised his ego.

Butcher smirked at her and said with a laugh, "you outa get mad more often cause i'm lovin' the look on your face..."

Madison wasn't stupid and then figured it all out, She quietly told him, "wow, you're not funny, Butcher. Seriously, you kissed me, that's not funny. you don't like me and i can't even stand you. There's many reasons why 'this' or 'us' wouldn't work out."

Butcher chuckled at her and told her, "don't you and i both know it, eh? i just did it because i don't know really, loneliness can get the better of someone..it just happened."

Madison mocked him and laughed feeling hurt, "it just happened, huh...okay."

Butcher looked at her and thought that she was more hurt by the kiss than him, the kiss meant not as much as it did to her.

Frenchie saw them talking and was distracted by Madison sorta while playing with Kimiko.

Kimiko noticed and looked at Frenchie with a smile, Kimiko signed to him with her hands, "you and Madison? you like her?"

Frenchie looked at Kimiko and nodded, he replied quietly back, "yes but it wouldn't work, she wouldn't like me for my past. i wouldn't even like me."

Kimiko felt for Frenchie but she only wanted the best for him.

Becca walked downstairs and they all looked up, Butcher eyes widened.

"Ryan has been taken away from me by Homelander and Stormfront, they took my son somewhere...please Butcher. Help me." Becca asked him and pleaded while a tear ran down her face.

She broke down.

Butcher got up and walked over to her and hugged her.

Madison realized it was Becca, oh my god.

The boys all looked at her and Becca sat down on one of the chairs next to Madison.

"Frenchie here is going to cook up some good breakfast for you and i'll be on the look out," M.M asserted and Becca thanked him.

M.M walked upstairs with a gun.

Becca looked at Madison and wondered who she was although she didn't know anyone in the group, Madison looked a little bit suspicious with her energy being drawn towards her more than the others.

Madison smiled at Becca and introduced herself, "oh right, i'm—Madison maven...a pleasure to finally meet you, Butchers wife...um— Becca. He talks in awe about you."

Becca smiled at her and nodded, "nice to meet you...all. wow didn't know he did"

Frenchie cooked some breakfast and served it to her, she began eating.

Butcher was calling Stan Edgar, telling him to get his people to find Ryan and where he is located which he agreed to only if he could get his hands on Ryan and finding him a safe place to train him and whatnot, which of course he wouldn't tell Becca.

But he was thinking of betraying the kid and Becca after he has found his location.

Hughie and Starlight were having some relationship issues because they've been having some deep conversations as Madison slightly glanced at them.

Madison and Becca were having some one on one time, Becca asked Madison, "so...your a supe too? i don't know all the ones in the seven so i'm just wondering..."

Madison smiled at her and responded nicely, "oh yeah, i am a supe—just not in the seven anymore...and—i only use my powers for good."

Madison got sort of nervous because she kissed, well Butcher kissed her and neither have addressed it.

"so how'd you and Butcher um- happen? he seems like a rough tough, intimidating guy," Madison told Becca with lies because in no way shape or form was Madison scared of Butcher.

"well—yeah but he's so sweet, the only thing i'm worried about him is his hatred for supes because I am raising Ryan, not in a supe way but Butcher still doesn't like him...and it's not his," Becca confided in Madison and Madison listened.

Becca finished eating and saw Butcher finished calling with whoever it was, Becca walked up to Butcher and pulled him to the side where non of the Boys were near by.

Madison observed them.

"Butcher. Thank you for understanding but i don't think you know that i need my son. He needs me too and i hope you don't pull anything..." Becca told him as she knows him more than anyone, Butcher looked and her and replied, "you'll get your son back. i'll make sure of it."

Becca just couldn't believe him and told him once more, "I need you to promise me that you will save him no matter what and you will get him back to me. H—he can't grow up like Homelander. You have to think of all those people out there that he would— ... Swear to me...swear to me on your brother's soul."

Butcher looked at her and told her everything that she wanted to hear and although he had a 'deal' with Edgar, he felt worse about doing it now and just grabbing the kid and breaking the deal.

What Becca had said about his brother hit hard and wasn't to be taken lightly, Butcher swore,"on my brother's soul, i promise you."

They hugged and Madison thought about all the things that could go wrong for 'Ryan's Rescue', but she hoped for the best.

It was go time to plan an escape and grab the kid, Becca's kid.

All the Boys were planning, Frenchie and Kimiko were to grab some stereos and play loud bumping  radio sounds that would hurt Homelander's ears because of his super hearing.

The rest were to protect each other and help Becca out mostly, making sure the plan went right and not south.

So then they all were on their way to execute the plan...
