~~~Alanna's pov~~~
He takes his hands off my hips and I turn around to face him.
"I want to catch up and hangout with you more than anything, but I'm exhausted from the trip and all I want to do is nap. Why don't we go to my house and take a nap together because I honestly don't think I can be away from you anymore" He said.
I smiled at him. "Sounds good to me because I can't be away from you either."
He smiled. "Good, why don't you pack a bag since you'll be sleeping over" He said matter of factly.
I arch my eyebrow. "Who said I'm sleeping over?" I teased.
He gave me the same look and rolled his eyes. "Go get what you need Lani" He said.
"Ok."
He knows I can't say no to him.
I run inside to tell my parents the plan and go up to my bedroom to pack my bag.
I pack clothes, toiletries and other things I need.
I tell my parents goodbye and meet Axel who's still in the same spot I left him.
"Ok, I'm ready."
He grinned. "Good" He said.
We get in his truck and drive to his house which is only a block over.
There's a path that connects to his house from the woods near my backyard.
There's also another path that goes to a beautiful lake that Axel and I would go to go swimming in the summer, or just hangout.
It's our spot.
He reaches over and twines our fingers together as we drive to his house.
I smile when his thumb caresses the back of my hand. "I know you wanna take a nap first, but overall how did Alpha training go?"
"At first it was rough, but then I got the hang of it after awhile. I made friends with quite a few neighboring packs so we'll have some pretty good allies" He said.
I nodded. "That's good."
We pull up to his house and it's massive, but I guess that's normal because most of the pack lives here.
It's a log cabin style mansion, it's absolutely gorgeous.
I grab my bag and follow him inside, still keeping our hands together.
We climb up the stairs to the second floor where his family lives.
The alpha's family has their own floor in the pack house.
When we were kids and I first came here I thought this place was like a castle.
We'd play hide and go seek and it'd take me hours to find him because this place is massive.
I always thought it was weird living with multiple people, but Axel's family has their own floor so they don't really see any of the other pack members unless they are invited upstairs.
They have their own kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a wrap around deck.
We walk all the way to the end of the hallway where his room is.
His room is big with a California king bed in the center, a huge flat screen on the wall across from it with a small couch in front of the bed so you can watch TV there.
A bathroom in his room just like his parents master bedroom, and a decent sized walk in closet.
I see his large duffle bag in the corner.
