Y/N POV

Upon entering manager noona's car, she immediately drove me back to my old dorm.

"Oh by the way Y/N. We're stopping by the company after you're done packing up. I need to get some stuff from the office" Manager noona informed me while driving.

"Oh sure"

After a few minutes, we had arrived at my old dorm and I quickly packed up, getting all my important stuffs and clothes. Giving the keys to manager noona and then we finally headed to the company for her stuff. It was a short drive from my dorm to the company.

"Meet me back here in half an hour ok?" Manager noona told me as we arrived at the lobby of the company building.

"You got it boss" I salute to her as she laughed and then went on her way.

"Oh yeah Minjeong noona wanted snacks. I should head to the cafeteria" I mumbled to myself and went to the cafeteria.

As I reached the cafeteria, I saw Irene noona but this time she's with her members, enjoying their drinks. As we made eye contact, I smiled and waved at her. I expected her to wave back but she immediately stood up and approached me.

"Hi noona" I bowed and greeted her.

"Hii Y/N!" She greeted back bubbly. "It's nice seeing you here" She smiled which almost made me melt.

"Oh really? Well you're going to see me more from now on haha" I chuckled as her eyes went wide.

"Really?! Are you debuting soon?!? I don't recall our company debuting a boy group soon" She exclaimed as she pondered a bit.

"Yeap, it may sound weird but I'm-" I tried to tell her but was cut off.

"Oh ohh you're joining aespa? I heard they're adding a new member" She guessed it right as I nodded.

"Waaaaa that's sounds great. I'm so proud of you" She happily said.

"Thank you noona. But why are you happy for me though? You barely know me" I questioned her, it was weird that she's acting like this.

"It may sound embarrassing" She blushed. "But I watched you when you auditioned for the company and I strongly recommended you to be recruited... don't get me wrong but you're extremely talented, the looks is a bonus" She explained making me more grateful to meet the person that gave me an opportunity to be an idol.

Without much thought, I immediately hugged her. Showing how thankful I am for her help.

"Thank you so much noona. I never thought that you'd be the one to help me. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you" I told her as her stiffened body now relaxed up as she accepted the hug.

Meanwhile her members were shocked to see her interaction with the unknown man.

"You don't have to thank me Y/N. They would've chosen you eventually with your talents" Irene noona chuckled as we let go of the hug.

"But still, your influence may helped me a lot" I told her.

"Who knows" She shrugged her shoulders. "Do you mind joining me and my members over there?" She pointed at her members as they all immediately looked away. Pretending to be busy.

"I would love to but I have to meet my manager at the lobby in a few minutes" I regrettably told her.

"Ah I see... Can I at least have your number?" She asked as a tint of pink formed on her cheeks.

"Oh yeah sure. Anything for my dear noona"

She handed me her phone as I inserted my contact number.
