I woke up, without Liam next to me. Where did he go? I sat up to look for him.
"Hey, princess." I see Liam smirking at me. "Aw, were you looking for me?" He said in a baby-mocking tone.
"Shut up!" I say, "and I wasn't looking for you!" I say.
"Really? Don't worry your secrets safe with me baby." He says smirking. Did he- he just called baby! Omg why do I feel so happy by him saying that! I feel like I'm flying right now, I've got to play it cool if he might think I'm a weirdo!
"Are you going to get changed so we can go to breakfast or are you going to sit there and daydream?" He looks at me, not breaking eye contact.
"Uh, yeah. Don't need to be so bossy!" I say as I get out of bed. Liam doesn't say anything, just let's put a sigh and rolls his eyes. Strange how his attitude can just switch. Oh well, I didn't think much of it, he was Liam Evans after all, biggest jerk alive.

After breakfast, the class went to a museum, we had a tour guide for the first quarter of being in the museum. But after that, the teachers let us wander off, however we had to be in the same groups as yesterday. I felt less left out, as I did yesterday. I felt like a lost little puppy, in a big unknown city trying to look for my owner. I felt out of place, I didn't know what was right to say, what was right to do and bloody hell, I didn't even know if what I was wearing was right!
I sometimes forget, these girls are human, just like me. But they talk like goddesses, talk like princesses, and worshipped, like...like, I don't know...I suddenly am pulled out of my thoughts when Lilah gently taps me on my shoulder, she has been nothing but nice, calm and gentle around me. As if, she knew I felt out of place...was I that obvious?

"This museum is so boring." Lilah offered me a warm smile, that seemed genuine. I returned the smile before replying, "yeah." I have no clue what to say.
"So what's it like sharing a room with, Liam Evans?" Jazzy startled me, as she appeared on my right side, the opposite side which Lilah was standing from me. "Do you have anything...juicy?" Jazzy seemed like she wanted to know Liam's darkest and deepest secrets, which I can't lie, I'd love to find out what they were. But he probably wouldn't tell me. Even if he did, I'm not the type to go blabbering my mouth about something that could make someone's life hell if it got round.
"No..." I replied, "we don't really talk, that much." I reply, it was kind of true. We'd only talked when, I was cold at night, or when it was time to get up, or breakfast, or when one of us wanted to sleep. There was no bond, no connection.

Lilah and Jazzy exchanged looks for a moment, before facing forward. Soon enough we changed subjects, thanks to Lilah. We were now discussing how we couldn't wait to go home but yet, we still wanted to stay. Amber, who was ahead of us for the first part of our conversation, begun to walk at our pace and join in. These girls were really nice, nicer than I thought they would be. We were all laughing, I never thought, in my last year of secondary, would I be hanging out with the most popular girls is my year group, although now to the more maturer people, popularity wasn't a status or anything, it was just a word socialized, to make the insignificant feel invisible, whilst the loud and extroverted, the word made them seem famous, like a celebrity. I mean when have you seen a celebrity hangout with a regular person in the eyes of public? Bet you haven't. It's rare. Barely happens. I don't care if the word 'popularity' didn't have significants like it did for the past 4 years, it still felt good to be seen, to be noticed for once.
Lilah's phone pinned, she stopped to reply to the message before putting her phone back in her pocket, she carried on chatting with us like normal. I was so glad I was finally acting like a normal teen.
