GUYS TW: SUICIDE. (It's not detailed or even written out at all.)

Guys. I've know I wanted to do this for a long time, but I didn't know how to. Sev was always meant to die at the end of this story. And I hate that it ended this way, but thank you guys for all your support and for reading my story. I'm so glad for the people who stayed around for as long as they did. I love all you guys and thank you.

Anyways, rip my homegirl Sev.

SEV LAY IN HER BED, her mind a whirlwind of thoughts. The house was eerily quiet without Bucky's presence, and she couldn't shake the unease that settled in her chest. She turned over, clutching her pillow tightly, trying to find some semblance of comfort. Eventually, exhaustion overtook her, and she drifted into a restless sleep.

The nightmare began subtly, with shadows flickering in the corners of her vision. She was back in the stark, cold halls of HYDRA, the walls closing in around her. The air was thick with fear, and the sound of distant screams echoed in her ears. Suddenly, she saw her siblings, their faces twisted in pain and despair. They reached out to her, but she couldn't move, couldn't help them.

Then, Bucky appeared, his expression hard and unforgiving. "This is your fault, Sev," he said coldly, his voice devoid of any warmth. "You let them die."

Sev's heart shattered. She tried to reach for him, to explain, but he stepped back, his eyes filled with contempt. "I hate you," he spat. "I wish you had never been born. Do you understand how easy my life would be, huh?"

The words pierced her soul, leaving her breathless. She screamed, the sound raw and broken, but it did nothing to change his expression. He turned and walked away, leaving her alone in the darkness. The weight of his words crushed her, and she felt herself falling into an abyss of guilt and despair.

Sev woke with a start, her heart pounding in her chest, tears streaming down her face. She gasped for breath, the nightmare's grip still tight around her. She tried to ground herself, to remind herself that it wasn't real, but the pain was overwhelming.

Suddenly, the door to her room flew open, and Bucky rushed in. He had jsut came home from taking down Karli, his eyes wide with concern. "Sev? What happened?" he asked, his voice filled with urgency.

She couldn't speak, her sobs coming in harsh, ragged gasps. Bucky was by her side in an instant, his strong arms wrapping around her trembling form. He held her tightly, one hand gently cradling the back of her head, the other firmly around her shoulders. He pulled her close, her face buried in his chest, his chin resting on the top of her head.

"It's okay, Sev," he murmured softly, his breath warm against her hair. "I've got you."

Her hands clung to his shirt, gripping the fabric as if it were a lifeline. She felt his heartbeat against her cheek, strong and steady, a stark contrast to her own frantic pulse. His presence was a balm to her shattered nerves, but the tears wouldn't stop.

"Let it out," Bucky whispered, his voice soothing. "Just let it all out."

She sobbed harder, her whole body shaking with the force of her emotions. Bucky's embrace tightened, his arms encircling her protectively. He rocked them gently, a rhythmic motion that mirrored the steady cadence of his breathing. In and out, in and out, each breath a reminder that she wasn't alone.

Bucky's fingers stroked her hair, combing through the tangled strands with a tenderness that belied his rough exterior. "I'm here, Sev. I'm not going anywhere," he reassured her, his lips pressing a gentle kiss to her temple.

The nightmare's words still echoed in her mind, but Bucky's presence began to drown them out. She clung to him, her sobs gradually easing into quieter whimpers. He continued to hold her, his hands never still, tracing soothing patterns on her back and arms.
