JUST STEVE FIGHTING WHILE ALSO DRAGGING SEVEN WITH HIM LMAO
Also this is also short, BUT END OF AN ERA

BEFORE SEVEN KNEW IT, ALL HELL
broke loose. The once controlled chaos erupted into a full-blown firefight, Steve and Sam both second-guessed bringing her along, realizing the danger they had exposed her to. But there was no turning back now. Their first plan was to set her up in a room with Maria but then again, the winter solider could pop up any minute and it would make their job way easier if they had Seven with them.

Steve moved with precision, dragging Seven along as he fought off agents left and right. He kept her close, ensuring she was shielded from the bullets flying through the air. The din of gunfire and shouts filled the space, making it difficult to think clearly.

Sam's voice crackled through Steve's earpiece as they ducked behind a large crate for cover. "Hey, Cap, I found those bad guys you were talking about!"

"Are you okay?" Steve responded quickly, glancing around to assess their surroundings.

"I'm not dead yet! How about you and Lucky?" Sam's voice carried a hint of humor despite the tense situation.

"We're also not dead yet!" Steve replied, gripping Seven's hand tightly as they prepared to move again. "Stay close," he instructed her, his voice firm but reassuring.

They sprinted from their hiding spot, weaving through the labyrinthine corridors of the SHIELD facility. Agents appeared from every direction, but Steve dispatched them with swift, practiced movements. Seven watched in awe and fear, trying to keep up.

After a particularly intense skirmish where Steve had to fend off three agents simultaneously, Sam's voice came through again. "Alright, Cap, I'm in!"

Steve exhaled a brief sigh of relief. "Good. Stay sharp."

"Seven minutes, Cap!" Maria's voice echoed through the comms, adding urgency to their mission.

"Working on it," Steve replied, pulling Seven along as they burst through a door. The hallway beyond was clear for the moment, but they knew it wouldn't last.

They ran through the hall on the helicarrier, Seven dragged behind him, she was way slower than him. Seven watched him press a bunch of buttons and do something and then he said "Alpha lock!" Grabbing Seven's hand as they began to run again.

SEVEN TRIED NOT TO BE SCARED WHEN she and Steve plummeted from the air, her heart racing as they descended rapidly toward the third helicarrier. Relief washed over her as Sam swooped in, catching them just in time and depositing them safely on the platform.

"You know, you're a lot heavier than you look," Sam quipped, trying to inject some humor into the tense situation.

"I had a big breakfast, and for what it's worth, a kid latched to me," Steve replied, giving Seven a reassuring nod.

Before Seven could fully process their exchange, chaos erupted. She saw Steve get shoved down by a sudden force. Her eyes widened in shock as she heard Sam shout, "Steve!" It took her a moment to register the figure standing menacingly above Steve—it was her papa, the Winter Soldier. He looked more like the ruthless assassin than the man who had once comforted her.

"Papa!" Seven shouted, her voice a mix of fear and desperation. She watched in horror as her papa grappled with Sam, yanking him back with brutal force. "Stop! Papa! Stop!" she cried out, but it was as if he couldn't hear her, too far gone in his HYDRA programming.

"Sev! Stay down!" Sam commanded, grabbing her and practically throwing her behind some crates. Seven winced as she hit the ground but quickly scrambled to peek out from behind the crates. She saw her papa tearing off Sam's wing, and before she could scream for him to stop, Bucky kicked Sam off the helicarrier with a powerful blow.
