Surprise!

 2 weeks later.

 I think please be negative, please be negative. As I pace the bathroom. Times up I look down at the white stick. I'm pregnant, I'm having a baby. Jai and I made a baby. What is he going to say, what is MY parents going to say, I think. I sit on the edge of the bathtub rubbing my stomach "hey little one it's mommy, well get through this hopefully daddy will stay with us." I say as tears stream down my face.

Later that night after Jai comes home from work. "Hey sweetheart." He says taking his shoes off. I reply from the kitchen "Hey Hun." He walk into the kitchen and was about to set the table when he notices that its already set. "I thought setting the table was my job?" he says I reply "tonight is a special occasion, we are having lasagna and garlic bread." He smiles and says "im going to get washed up." I nod and start setting the salad out on the table.

After dinner we sit on the coach and watch tv. I lay my head on his shoulder and say "we have to talk about the other night." He grabs my hand "about us having sex?" he says I reply "yeah." He looks at me I mute the tv and I turn to face him. He grabs my hand. "here goes nothing, Jai, I'm pregnant." I say with my voice shaking. He looks at me shocked. Moments later He puts his hand on my stomach then pulls me into a hug. "we made a baby?" he asks I smile and say "Yeah." He rubs my stomach and say "hi there baby it's daddy." He says. I smile and ask "so your going to stay?" he grabs my face and says "why would I leave, cuz your having my baby?" I nod "well no, im not I'll never leave you." then he leans in and kisses me, I kiss back.
