Laughs All Around

He chuckles. "I'm going to give you two some bonding time; I have piles of laundry to do. Who would have known a baby could make so much laundry." He nods and sits in the pink rocking chair in the nursery. I walk out to finish laundry. I ended up finishing all the laundry thanks to him and I walk into the nursery to find him reading to her. I couldn't help but smile. She starts to get fussy after he finishes the book. "she's hungry." I say Jai stands up and brings her over to me, I take her from him and says "is daddy hungry too?" he smiles and says "I do anything for your cooking." I giggle and we go into the kitchen. Jai ended up staying all day playing with Scarlett, and when she was sleeping he helps me around the house and we ended up talking and laughing like the old days.

I gave Scarlett a bath after Jai feed her and we both put her to bed. She is sound asleep, "I think I should be going, I'll get my stuff and be.." I cut him off "Don't." he turns around and looks down as I am grabbing his arm. " don't what?" he says I reply "Don't leave. I want you to come back." He smiles and says "are you sure?" I nod and lean in and kiss his cheek. I turn around and head to our bedroom. He walks up to the door and peeks in. "you can come in you know, Im not going to make you sleep on the couch." he chuckles and we ended up cuddling and I am out like a light. Best sleep I had in a long time.

In the morning I wake up the shower running and Jai humming a song. I giggle at the sound and walk into the bathroom and join him in the shower. "will good morning love." He says I reply "good morning, handsome." He chuckles and kisses me on the forehead. After the shower I make up breakfast while Jai feed Scarlett her bottle. Christiana walk in and smiles at me. "I forgot my jacket the other night." she smiles even more when she sees Jai. "hey criminal." She says Jai gives her a dirty look and I say "he's not a criminal." We both laugh and Jai says "hahaha not funny girls." Scarlett giggles and we all laugh. "Scarlett your daddy is a criminal." Christiana says Jai replies In a funny voice "if aunty don't stop, daddy really will be a criminal." I laugh and Christiana stick her tongue out at me. "oh you too fight like a old married couple." I say with a giant smirk. "if we are married why didn he impregnate you?" I stick my tongue out at her and Jai says "because we make gorgeous babies.  And I don't want our kids looking like  a ginger like you." I burst out laughing and she stomps her foot at him and says "how rude!" Jai and I laugh and I say "you know we love you." she replies "I know I know everyone does."
