after the doctor visit, delilah gathered up the ultrasound results and kept them in a small box. she then she went to the mall and bought a shirt which also went inside the box.
its been weeks since the perilla leaf incident and weeks since her symptoms of pregnancy began and lets say the signs have been pretty clear.
she hasn't mentioned any of these to her husband because she wants to surprise him. they haven't really had the 'talk' about children since the miscarriage.
jungkook wants to bring it up but he's quite sensitive about pressuring his beloved so with that, he hasn't uttered a word.
delilah drove home and hid the box inside her wardrobe before stepping out and walking to the living room. she grab her phone from the table and called her husband.
jungkook:
hey you.
delilah:
hi my love.
jungkook:
are you home, sweetheart?
delilah:
uh huh.
just came home from work.
i miss you.
will you be late tonight?
how about a date night?
jungkook:
i miss you more, baby.
yea, im sorry, pumpkin.
the studio is pretty packed today.

before jungkook could form out his sentence, the call disconnected. he went upstairs to his office and closed the door locking it.
he sat on the couch and called his wifey again.

hello?

why would you hang up on me??
delilah:
because i was disturbing you.

it was silent for a moment till delilah burst
into tears. which immediately panicked jungkook.
jungkook:
love, whats the matter?
why are you crying, pumpkin?
did hubby made you cry?
i'm sorry, honey.
delilah:
i missed you and
i wanted to spend time with you tonight.
jungkook:
i'll make sure that happens, baby.
i promise we'll have our date night hm?
don't cry, sweetheart.
