As I received that text message, I turned my gaze at Rio who's continuously bleeding.

My eyes teared up once again. "You sacrificed yourself again, Rio. I hate you."
He just formed a smile. "If sacrificing myself means to protect you, I won't hesitate to do it over and over again."
"Why?" I asked. Ayaw kong mag-assume na lang bigla.
"I like you, Jineina. Isn't it obvious?" Napaubo na siya.
Natigil lamang kami nang dumating na ang ambulansiya.
