The whole oberoi siblings were at the hospital as dhawal was admitted. His leg is fractured and also his elbow is damaged and some minor injury in hands and neck region. He is in ot currently and outside the ot the oberoi siblings are getting crazy. Ruhanika is sheding tears. Ritwik is trying to console her. Ruhanika is the most close to dhawal. Dhawal always has been a cold sibling in front of everyone but after Ruhanika's birth he became a goofy bear for his sister but strict at the same time.

Rishi is panicked at hell. But still keeping his face neutral. Manvik has a clam face but his heart is beating the fastest. After some time a young aged entered doctor. A new surgeon by profession and she is none other than sikha sharma. She exited ot and came near rishi and removed her mask.

As soon as she removed her mask, manvik heart fell on his stomach. Coal black eyes, black hair beyond waist, innocence on her face. His heart beat raised for the first time for a girl.

"His health is now good but he needs much rest" sikha said and Rishi nodded.
"You were the same girl who dropped bhai till hospital? You are doctor also"
Manvik asked after being flushed for min or two.

"Umm yes I am new surgeon, I am doing this job from past 3 months here" sikha said with a nervous smile which melted manvik heart. Soon after talking more about medicine and other things sikha left. Dhawal will wake up after 2-3 hours as he as still the anesthesia effect.

"Bhai" ruhanika said with tearfull eyes towards Rishi. He isn't talking to anyone since he got the news. She came and back hugged him.
"Bhai ap jesa sochre ho vesa nhi hai. Bhai apki vajah khatre m nhi pade." Ruhanika said while more tears came down her eyes.
(Bhai whatever you are thinking is not true. Bhai didn't fell on danger because of you)

Soon after much consoling Rishi was now ok. Ruhanika and ritwik left home even if they didn't wanted but they need some rest as they were her from past 4 hours. Manvik was at pharmacy and Rishi was at canteen sipping black coffee. That's when Krish rajput entered after he got the news of dhawal accident news. Krish is bother of adhrit. And best friend of Rishi. They both are friends since 7th class and still carrying on. He knows the best about him. Krish is helping his brother in business and mafia. His father is not always present here, that's the reason for him adhrit and dhawal are the father figure.

For him ruhanika ritwik and manvik are his own siblings. He always wanted a sister but he didn't got as his mother expired but ruhanika birth got him a baby sister he could spoil.

"Bro don't drink so much caffeine" krish said grabbing the coffee from Rishi. As he already drank almost 3 cup of coffee.
"Don't krish" Rishi said in warning tone. His eyes dull and face tired. Krish face softened because he knows how much he loves his big brother.
"Are you thinking that because of you dhawal bhai got into accident?" Krish asked and Rishi nodded. Krish sighed and asked "why?".
Rishi isn't a boy who will easily open up but he needs a person in his life to lean on. Even if he has a whole family, Loving siblings and beautiful humans around him he still needs a person to lean on.

"My health wasn't that bad but still I didn't went to the site and said bhai to go there" Rishi said his eyes focused on floor. Krish sighed again.
"No it wasn't your fault Rishi but it was already written" krish said Rishi nodded. Krish understood that Rishi will slowly understand but he needs to be with him. Krish has been in Germany due to some his  hotel business work from 2 months. He came yesterday and he decided that he will come Oberoi mansion day after tomorrow after some rest. But due to this all things he came today direct hospital.

Finally after 2 hours dhawal woke up. Rishi and manvik walked in and gave the medicines to dhawal. Soon Ruhanika and ritwik came. And as soon as ruhanika entered she hugged dhawal and some tears escaped from her eyes.
And ritwik too hugged him.

After some discussions manvik Ruhanika and ritwik left. Now there was only Rishi and dhawal left in the room. Rishi wasn't making any eye contact with dhawal. Dhawal later understood that and he called him to sit beside him.

"Now tell me bache what are you thinking" dhawal asked.
"Nothing Bhai" Rishi said with a forcing smile. And dhawal sighed so he decided to make him understand everything. 

"You know Rishi when mom and dad passed away I blamed myself for letting them go that night. I blamed and blamed over and over again and got my self in depression. I got addicted to alcohol. I had panic attacks every other night. And later I needed to look over dad company, it had many debts. It was me who was responsible to make it clear and make the company world best company. Every other day would feel like hell. But after adhrit forced me to therapy session I learnt one thing in all. Nothing in this universe happens because of you. It's all written by Brahma ji. Never think that something happened because of you. Always priorities yourself first, cherish your personality" dhawal said while patting Rishi head.

Rishi understood the thing and decided to never ever think like that. And then he decided to go house change and leave for office to look after some things.

As Rishi left sikha came into the hospital room. There was manvik and dhawal talking about something.

"Excuse me I am here to talk about the diet doctor has prescribed him" sikha said not wanting embaress herself.
"Yes please do come in" dhawal voice came nochant and cold.

"Actually sir has been lately busy with surgery so he said me to tell you everything, so your diet must be perfect. Consisting much protein and less fats. Please do eat less fried and oily things. And try to a fruit in a day that could be any fruit."

Sikha told them everything in detail not wanting to get  scolding from senior doctors as the oberois are important for them. After all the things she took her leave not before getting into a eye contact. Which made her heat up as she diverted her eyes as soon as possible.

Sikha is not a girl who will be easily attracted towards someone's physical appearance but she usually seeks a good personality and soft gentleman types. But her heart is getting little flattered by manvik  physical appearance. She hasn't much known to his personality but the much she has talked he seems a respectful man to her.

On the other hand manvik is not understanding if he is getting first sight at love or love at first sight.
