—real life—After staying in LA for another week, Atlas and Walker flew to New York for the Deadpool and Wolverine premiere. They had gotten there a day early and she texted Walker's to make sure it was okay if he stayed at her place.
After they unpacked they walked down to one of the corner cafe's and sat down. They ordered their food and waited for it, causally talking. Walker took a picture of her and showed her before he pressed the "add to story" button.
"Oh shit, forgot about my cigs." Atlas said, grabbing them off of the table and putting them in her pocket. He put his phone in his pocket and looked back up at her. "Yeah. I had to cover it, you're welcome." He sarcastically said and she rolled her eyes.
"Thank you." She said, a fake smile on her face. She looked at her phone and quickly texted Mia back and sat her phone down. "Hey, are you doing anything Saturday?" She asked him.
"I have comic con on Thursday and boot camp on the weekend, I think." He said. "Damn." She said and he nodded his head up. "What, why?" She put one of her legs up on her seat and took off her sunglasses and laid them on the table.
She wrapped her arms around her legs, holding close to her body. "I'm doing a gig in London. Since I'm busy acting, I can only do a gig or two a year. I was wondering if you and the cast wanted to come. I'd fly you out of a private jet" She said.
"You could invited the new guy." Atlas added. "Yeah, sorry. We'd love to, but we can't. But I think Charlie can." Walker said and she froze. "Isn't he doing boot camp?" She asked him and he shrugged, crossing his arms on the table. "He's gonna be on a boat the whole season and he's jacked as shit right now."
She raised her eyebrows and awkwardly nodded her head. "Wow, don't care, anyways..."
After they were done they went back to her place and she put on a movie for Walker and she walked into her studio room and closed the door. She debated on locking it but she didn't.
She walked over to her piano and sat down and put on the headphones. She grabbed her notebook on top of the piano and opened it, setting it back down.
She turned to one of the pages she had marked and started playing:
After she stopped playing, she took off her headphones. "Haven't heard that one before." Atlas turned to see Walker leaning against the doorway with his arms crossed. She swung one of her legs over the bench. "Stalking much?" She asked him. "That's because I didn't put it on the album." She said.
"Why didn't you?" He asked him and she tilted her head. "You know why." She said, sighing. "Half the lyrics are made up, but it was a goodbye letter. It was too private to share for the world to hear."
He nodded his head. "I understand that but it's really good." He said and she smiled at him. "Thank you." She said.
"And don't worry, I won't tell him." He said and she raised her eyebrows at him. "You said that many times before but you still did."
"I won't. I promise."
She looked at him for a few seconds, seeing that he was telling the truth before nodding her head. "Okay. Do you want to help me put together the set list?" Atlas asked.
He smiled and nearly ran over to the bench. She moved over and he sat down next to her. She put the book onto her lap and flipped the pages to a new one. She grabbed her pen and wrote "set list" on it.
"You should definitely put this one on." He said, naming of song names and she started wrinkling them down. After they were both happy with it, she sent it over to Ava and Mia and waited for confirmation on it, because apparently it needed to be approved.
She also texted her friend, asking if he wanted to be a special guest and help her with a song and he said yes. They were both going to be in London so it was perfect timing on her part.
Atlas sat her phone down and looked at him. "Want me to teach you one a song?" She asked him and he nodded his head. "Of course."
She reached into the drawer behind her and pulled out a piece of sheet music. She pointed to all the notes and pointed to the keys. She showed him which key was which. She moved his fingers to the right ones and he pressed down on it. "That was good." She said, looking at him.
"Now let's get through a few notes, making sure you move your fingers on the right keys." He said, showing it to him before she let him copy her.
They spent the next few hours playing and she taught him an entire song. Was it good? Not really but he tried his best and got through it. And that's what happened to Atlas.
He didn't give up and that why she loves him.

Who do you think is the
guest for Atlas's gig?Next chapter is the DP&WL

gig/concert.I had two British people come in
to the store that I work at. Lovely
people. I love living in a tourist town
because you get people from all over.I've checked out Brit's, Aussie's,
French's, German's. I used to work
with a kid from Germany last summer
and i work now with, only for one
more month, a Mongolian. That's why I do love my job. I can
hate it at some (mostly) all of the
time but yeah. Just the moments
