—real life—

Atlas had gone back to work for the next few weeks. On her off days she was in her studio recording new music. She sent it to her producers to get mixed. And when the songs get done, she'd be ready to release it.

She didn't really see much of her friends, other than on set. Even on set, she mainly kept to herself, not speaking to anyone unless she had to. And the kids picked up on it. They knew something was wrong. Charlie knew it was something to do with Austin but he didn't ask.

Walker asked if they wanted to do a movie sleepover night but Atlas told them another time. She'd lock herself in her studio for the most part. She stayed up most nights, writing those songs. She drank a lot of coffee to stay awake, she'd barely eat.

And when the sun rose, she went straight to work for over ten hours, go home to her studio, and repeat it. She only ever did that when she needed to use her voice for messages.

This was really important to her and she did not want to mess it up.

During the next week, she got the green light to do the album. It was going to be short, more like a ep but she knew she wanted to release it as soon as she could.

She was putting out so much into the world this year. One album, two ep's, tv shows, movies, announcing and filming movies and tv shows. Work had consumed her. She was tired most days but she kept going. She needed to.

If she didn't, her feelings would consume her. She needed work to distract her.

Mia and Abby knew she was pushing herself and tried to get Atlas to slow down but it didn't work. Next year, she had at least four projects. A lot less of what she had previously done. She would rather work, and work, and work this year and relax in the new year.

Before Atlas announced her new music, she'd told the cast. They were at her house in the living room having a movie night with pizza. She had bought "The Wild Robot" for them to watch because her friends, Kit Conner and Pedro Pascal were in it, and she wanted to support them.

The kids had soda while her, Charlie, and Daniel had red wine to drink. She had bought a new bottle and Charlie helped her with it. He opened the wine while she got the glasses out.

He looked at her and back at the wine. "You've been quiet." He said and she looked at him. "What? No." She said and he looked at her. "You have, and you've been delaying plans for all us to hang out." He said.

She shrugged her shoulders. "I've been busy with work." She said. She grabbed the bottle and poured the wine into the three glasses. "You can tell me what's going on." He said and she looked at him and opened her mouth to speak but he beat her to it.

"Before you say "nothing is going on" remember I know you better than anyone. You can tell me, Addie." He said and she sighed, setting the bottle down. "Austin and I broke up." She confessed.

"I'm sorry." He said and she shook her head. "I know you all are happy. I know you all secretly hated Aus and I together." Atlas said. He shook his head and leaned his body on the counter so he was closer to her.

"I will admit that but I don't want you to be secretly hurting and suffering. As my friend, I want to support and help you in any way I can. I want to know if you're okay."

She sadly smiled at him. "Thank you, I appreciate that." She said and she smiled back at her. "And I'm doing fine now. It was weeks ago. I kind of but all my feeling into my music." She said.

"New music?" Charlie asked and she nodded her head. "That's what I was going to tell everyone tonight. Get the wine and let's go to the living room." She said and he grabbed one of the glasses.

The two went into the living room. She handed Daniel his and he thanked her. Charlie sat down on the couch next to him and Atlas walked in front of everyone.

"Before the movie starts, I wanted to tell you guys something. Figured you wanted to hear it from me and not from the internet." She started to say and they all looked at her.

"You're pregnant? Ew!" Charlie leaned forward and slapped the back of Walker's head and he flinched. "Ow." He said, grabbing the back of his head and looked at the older man. Leah took her pillow and hit him, also.

"Piss off, Walker. I'm not. I'm drinking wine." She said, looking at him. "No, I just wanted to I'm releasing new music this Friday. A ep." She said, looking at everyone.

"What kind of album is it?" Dior asked.

She cleared her throat. "It's uh, you'll find out when you hear it." She said, not wanting to tell them. "Come on. You have to give us something." Aryan said and they all nodded their heads.

Atlas rolled her eyes. "Two words: female rage. Not really but you will get it more when you hear it." She said. "Anyways, who has the remote?" She asked and Leah grabbed the remote from her lap and threw it to her which she easily caught.

She went on Amazon Prime and put on the movie. She sat the remote down of the table and sat down next in between Walker and Leah. "Can I have a sip?" He asked and she didn't even look at him.

"No." She took a sip to rub it in his face.

They spent the next 2 hours watching the movie and eating the pizza. After Walker kept annoying her, she got up and switched with Leah so Atlas was in between her and Dior.

LP♾️

I'm currently writing a Smallville
AU/ a really long one shot. 3 chaps
per season. If anyone is interested.
Oc x Lex and maybe someone else.

On Sunday, I went tailgating for
the first time of being an adult. I
walked to my friend Ryan's who has
a packer party house.

He was hammered, it was 10:30am.
But he's the best. He will talk to
everyone, hug, and will take pictures,
shotgun beers with anyone.

I had 3 beers and 3 shots of whiskey.
The walk home was not fun.
But Packers won!!
