Sarah was awakened by her alarm on Wednesday. She groaned as she got out of bed and got ready for the day. She didn't mention her first period class. She had not noticed it when she was given the tour the other day. There were specific instructions on how to get to the room. The instructions continued and told her not to tell anyone what period she had that class.

Once Sarah got to the floor she stepped out to see a very different floor to what she expected. There was only one door at the end of a long hallway that was very dark and sporadically lit by flickering torches. She walked down the hall and stopped outside of a door not knowing what to do.

A blonde and a black haired boy appeared from the darkness. The blonde wore a tuxedo while the black haired boy was in a suit.

"Hello," Sarah said very timidly. She was somehow both more and less self conscious of the scarlet red dress she was wearing.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?" The blonde asked as if he owned the place.

"Calm down, Gabe. It's fine. I think she's the new girl. She is probably just lost," the black haired boy said with a smile contrasting the blonde's scowl.

"I told you not to call me that," Gabe said to the dark haired boy. Then, he turned to Sarah. "Are you lost?"

"No. I don't think so. This is where my schedule told me to go." As Sarah was speaking she handed her schedule to the blonde, figuring that she could probably tell him about this class since he appeared to go to it as well.

"Oh. That's strange... It is normally only the two of us in this class. You must be important," Gabe said.

"And by the way, my name is Sammy and this is Gabe-" Sammy was cut off by his friend.

"-riel. My name is Gabriel. Not Gabe or anything else of the sort. Just Gabriel," Gabriel said looking pointedly at Sammy.

"Oh. My name is Sarah and don't you ever use my last name." Sarah warned the boys. She rather liked them even though they had met only minutes previously. It felt really good to be making new friends. Or at least a new friend in Sammy rather than an acquaintance of Gabriel.

"I like you," Sammy said, then blushed after realizing what had just come out of his mouth. "I mean like you like a friend, or I want to be your friend. But,only if you want to be my friend I-"

"I understand," Sarah said with a smile on her face.

The next thing she knew, the door to the classroom opened and they were welcomed inside by an old woman with plenty of gray hair. She had a kindly look on her face and a gentle smile. She was also a few inches shorter than Sarah.

"Come in, come in. My name is Ms. Anna, but you can just call me Anna. I really hate formalities. And I assume that this pretty lady is Sarah, daughter of Hades." As Anna spoke her last few words, it seemed to Sarah as if the boys were going to pass out.

"Y-y-uo. WHat?" Was the only response from Gabriel. Sammy didn't even have a verbal reaction. He just stood there, mouth wide open.

"Oh. I see you didn't tell them yet. It's very understandable considering you did get the message not to tell anyone," Anna said matter of factly.
