Kaminari carefully opened the door to Midoriya’s room, he smiled when he noticed he was awake.
“Midoriya! Good, youre finally awake.” Kaminari cheered. To midoriya’s surprise the rest of the class piled in behind Kaminari. All of them had the same concerned yet relieved expression.
“Did you see the news? Reporters are all over the school.” Kaminari hummed. Midoriya wasn't an idiot. He could tell when something was wrong. Kaminaris excitement had an underlying tone of orchestration. As if he was reading off lines from a script he hated.

“Yeah its even worse than last time!” Sato awed. Kaminari felt bits of rage bubble up in his stomach when he saw Midoriya laying down on the bed, he tried to save them, he tried to save her. And he got injured because of it… And what did he do? He stayed behind and believed the teachers would handle it…

“Midoriya. I caused you trouble… Forgive me.” Tokoyami sighed. Midoriya shook his head, sitting upright.
“No its fine, I did this to myself… Is everyone is class A coming to visit?” he questioned
“No… Hagakure is still knocked out. That villains gas did a number on her. And Yaoyorozu took a pretty bad hit to the head. She was hospitalized here. I just found out she woke up around yesterday. So its just us…” Iida sighed.
“Though, obviously we wish the whole class could be here.” He said, tightening his grip.
“Only the fifteen of us for now…” Uraraka sighed, Todoroki nodded.
“Because Bakugou and Stark are gone.” He bluntly said, making the whole class freeze up, Denki balling up his fists and clenching his teeth.
“He knows Todoroki!” Mina shushed him, trying to keep Midoriya’s panic to a minimum.

Midoriya sighed, clutching onto his bed sheets.
“Allmight always said we should save the people we can, not focus on the ones we cant…” He mumbled, the classes attention turned back to him.
“But i was so close, i was right there I could have saved them… If i was just a little stronger, i could have prevented this…” Midoriya’s voice began to raise. His mind flashing back to the conversation he had with Ironman…

“No it isnt. Thats your teachers fault, and the schools fault for letting this happen. You did what you could and saved who you could.”

“I was right there… Whats the point of having my quirk if i cant save others… whats the point of being a hero at all?” Midoriya began to weep, tears falling from his eyes. Kirishima sighed,
“Alright, then lets go get them.” He said. The class turned to him in shock, all in disbelief of what he had said.
“I was here yesterday, and so was Todoroki. We were on our way to visit you, but we saw Allmight and some police officer talking to Yaoyorozu. She put a tracker on one of the villians, she was able to give the police a device to track it.” Kirishima explained. Iida, stepped forward,

“This means youre going to make Yaoyorozu make you another receiver, doesnt it?” Iida questioned. Kirishima looked away, feeling ashamed. Todoroki didnt, staring Iida dead on.
“What if it does?” He poised. Iida, grit his teeth together
“We listen to Allmight! Its not the right time for us to get involved-” Before Iida could finish Kirishima interrupted him, stepping towards him.
“Maybe! But all i know is that I couldnt do anything! I heard my friend was targeted! And i just stood by and did nothing! Helpless! So if i stand by now, how am I supposed to call myself a hero or a man?!” Kirishima shouted.

Kaminari was silent. He felt the same way, he had let Milori get taken… The difference between him and Kirishima was that…. Kaminari bit his lip, he was a coward… Kaminari thought about her smile. The way she hugged him after he confessed, the little smile she gave him before he got dragged off for preliminary courses. He had to see it again, he couldnt live with himself if he didnt.
“Calm down, Iida’s right!” Tsuyu argued, not wanting any more of her friends to get hurt
“I know. I know you're right. But still! Come on Midoriya! Hes still within your reach!” Kirishima argued, turning towards the green haired boy.
“We can save them!”
