The film opens on a shot of a mountain, The sight is broken by a red and white airplane flying past the mountain, chased by two enemy jets. The plane's pilot is a young thirteen year old American Cocker Spaniel who has braces on her teeth, wearing a pink and white outfit with a black jacket named Miranda. As she glances at the enemy jets, she pushes a stick shift, and the plane accelerates. The enemy jets follow and open fire, shooting red lasers that break the right rear view mirror off.
"Hey, watch it! This is a lease!" I think it's time we go our separate ways." Miranda said.
She ties up the controls, steering wheel, and stick shift together.
"Agent 28, what are you doing?" X asked.
"What I do best: Improvising." she said.
She dons goggles and kicks the shift into high gear. As the enemy jets continue to fire, rolls the plane upside-down and ejects herself, skydiving as the enemy jets give chase to the empty plane. activates wings to glide under the clouds, noticing the enemy base up ahead. Gritting her teeth, she pushes forwards. At the enemy base, two guards notice as Miranda's plane crashes into a nearby mountain. The guards run to investigate, distracted for Miranda to make her landing. She meets up with her older brother who is Schnauzer and makes her presence known by whistling, and then kicks one of the guards off the post.
"Can you be a doll and open that door over there for me?" Zillion said.
The guard frantically readies his weapon and shoots at Zillion, but he dodges enough for the blast to hit the door, short-circuiting it and causing it to open, revealing an elevator.
"Thanks, mate." Zillion smirked.
The guard gulps before getting kicked off the post, joining his comrade on a snowy bunker just beneath. Zillion and Miranda get inside the elevator.
"X, we are in." Zillion said.
"And only 23 seconds. I owe you lunch, Zillion and Miranda." X said.
"Actually, it was only 22.5. But what's a half a second between gal pals?" Miranda asked.
The elevator closes and goes down the base.
"So what's the situation?" Zillion asked.
Cut to X's headquarters, where she has security cameras trained on Zillion and Miranda.
"You should have a straight shot to Snuggle Bear's rocket. I checked the visuals, and it's all clear." X said.
"Are you sure? There's gotta be at least one more henchman." Zillion asked.
"Have I ever steered you wrong?" X said.
The elevator opens, revealing several goons.
"Ooh, my bad." X said.
The goons notice the duo and charge at them, fists flying. Zillion ducks the first goon's punch and throws him at the door, only to get punched by the second goon right at the rails. Growling, Miranda uppercuts the second goon and repeatedly punches him in the chest before grabbing him by the collar and throwing him at the door. The two remaining goons charge at them, the third brandishing a staff. He swings it at them, but they dodges several times before punching him in the face. The fourth goon also brandishes a staff, but he barely has time to use it before Zillion also punches him, knocking out several teeth. He then grabs the goon and slams his face on the facial recognition scanner.
"FACIAL ACCESS GRANTED." A computer voice said.
Zillion and Miranda enter Snuggle Bear's headquarters, right on a bridge that slowly whirs with technology as arrows light their way up sequentially to his big rocket. They make their way across the bridge.
