𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐢 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐬 never been a quiet house. If people were ever to pass by the immense, traditional house of the Todorokis, they wouldn't hear a soul yelling or crying, only the sound of birds flying above the blue-tiled roof and the fountain's water delicately dripping. 

Unfortunately, that's the most treacherous sight of all, especially today, January the eleventh. The interior of the house was filled with laughter and crying. A young, delicate, white-haired girl was jumping everywhere in the corridors with a big smile.

"I am a big sister! I am a big sister!" Those five words were the only thing she said for the past ten minutes. With her arms raised over her head, she was laughing and hopping with excitement and joy like never before.

Turning to the eight-year-old boy peacefully leaning against the wall, she clapped her hands to gain his attention. "That's awesome! Right, Toya-nii?"

The boy glanced at his sister in boring confusion, crossing his hands over his chest. "You're already a big sister after Natsuo's birth. What's the difference?"

They had been waiting for almost an hour alone and Toya Todoroki was already bored out of his mind. And it didn't help that his little sister was suddenly behaving like an energetic puppy playing with its master.

"That's not the same!" The girl pouted. "Mommy said she's having two babies in her tummy. So I'm gonna be the big sister of three siblings now!" She cutely showed three fingers at her brother and an eye-closed smile.

Toya looked at her raised fingers with slightly widened eyes as his sister wandered away. That's right... He realized. Mom is having two children at once. She's having twins. The bi-colored boy gulped at his thoughts. The figure of an imposing man flashed in his mind as fear started to crip inside him.

When he and his siblings discovered Rei Todoroki, their mom, was pregnant again, dread settled in him. That announcement felt like someone was dripping a bucket of cold water on him. Despite his hot fire, he still felt cold shivers run up his spine until his bones. That feeling only grew when the news of his mother-bearing twins came to him. Cause if his mother was to give life to two new siblings, then Toya is sure that at least one of them will inherit a double quirk. 

And that's something he prey doesn't happen. 

His thoughts were abruptly interrupted when the sound of heavy steps approached the corridor he and his sister were in. Already knowing who it was, Toya didn't dare raise his head. He didn't want to see his father's face displaying disappointment toward him and his sister and the anticipation to see the new twins.

When the nursery's door opened, the midwife bowed in respect before exiting the corridor, escorted by the housemaid. Touya watched as the seven-year-old Fuyumi Todoroki sprinted inside the room, not seeming to feel the building tension as Enji Todoroki stepped a foot inside the calm and cool nursery.

"They are so cute! Look at them, daddy! They are cuter than Natsuo!"

Fuyumi's comment made Toya gulp in fear as his father slowly approached the cradle. He didn't even glance at his mother, fearing to see her terrified face if Enji's wish was to finally come true. No. His turquoise eyes didn't leave the back of his father, despite the babies' cries that erupted as soon as Fuyumi shouted in excitement.
