King Beard decides that Richard must marry Princess Danaya to secure his power and eliminate any threats, including Morena. Richard, torn between his love for Morena and his duty to his father, is forced to agree to the marriage, despite knowing it will break Morena's heart. He is unaware that Morena is pregnant with his child.
Gloria, using her crystal ball, sees the impending wedding of Prince Richard and Princess Danaya.
