Adeline stood in her doorway of her chambers with Remus as they stood kissing "you have to go I am already running late as it is" she said as he nodded as he kissed her once more. She watched as he walked off and smiled to herself
Adeline knew how things were and she knew how she and Remus were having a bit of fun together and that was all it was. Adeline knew just how things were with her and Severus and she knew they having A little bit of fun was what she needed then and there and she didn't care what Severus thought.
She knew how they had Sophie together and how she was doing what was best for her daughter and she knew how it wasn't easy and she knew how things were with Severus. She looked as Remus walked off and smiled. She knew how a bit of fun was what she needed with Remus and they both knew it was what it was
She watched as he walked off and saw Sophie looking at her
"Hey your up early what are you doing here"
"Getting traumatised by the looks at you what's going on with you mum i mean I thought that you had a thing for my dad" Sophie said as Adeline looked to her and smiled
"Your dad doesn't want me darling and Remus he is someone I trust so we're just having some fun that's all. I am just having some fun that's all it is" she said as Sophie looked to her and sighed
"I know how things are with you but you can't ignore how you feel over my dad. Remus is a good man and it would be easier if he was my father but he's not" Sophie said as Adeline looked to her and smiled

Adeline stood in the potion classroom and looked to see Severus and sighed. She knew that seeing him this time in the morning was not her thing
"You look as if you have hardly slept wouldn't have anything to do with the wolf that you have been sneaking in your dorm would it?" He asked as she turned to face him
"And what had it got to do with you who I spent my spare time with in a grown woman and I can spent it anyway I want too I am but hurting anyone" she said as he looked to her
"And what about Sophie" she asked as she turned to face him and crossed her arms over her chest and looked to him
"Well you are giving her the wrong idea" he said as she looked to him
"The wrong idea who do you even think that you are. Sophie is not a baby anymore" she said
"Oh I am aware as I wasn't around when Sophie was a baby was I Adeline" he asked as she looked to him and shock her head
"Are you really going to throw that in my face knowing what you did. You can act so hard dine by over this but I did what was best for my child and the way you were and the way you treated me so was better off without you and the way you know throwing it in my face I think that she still is" Adeline said as she went to walk off as he grabbed her arm and pulled her to him
"Do not push me Adeline. I mean it" he said as she pulled away from him and glared as she walked off. She hated how that man got on her last nerve and drove her clinically insane

Severus walked over to Remus in hogsmead and grabbed him and pinned him to the wall
"Hello Severus let me guess this is about Adeline" he said
"Yes it is. I am telling you now that you are going to stay away from her and you are going to end this thing that you have with Adeline" he said as Remus pushed him off of him and rimmed his eyes at him
"I am not going to do that"
"Oh yes you are because if you don't I will make sure that you never work again. Things might be complex with me and Adeline it I dint want you coming between us and Sophie is my daughter and you are not going to play father to her" he said as Remus looked to her
"It's a shame isn't it how Adeline wishes that you was mine. Dont threaten me Severus because your jealous" Remus said as he walked off as Severus looked after him and glared

Adeline answered the door to her chambers and looked to see Severus
"What do you want now" she said
"I don't want you seeing lupin" he said as she looked to him and raised an eyebrow
"I'm sorry I wasn't asking your permission" she said as he looked to her
"No I don't want you seeing anyone Adeline okay. I know what you said and I am sorry I should of said it back but it's hard for me I do feel the same way about you" he said
"You can't just come in here and act like that okay it's not fair sev none of this is fair on me" she said as he looked to her and nodded
"I know and I am sorry okay. I am I don't want you seeing anyone as we should be together. We have Sophie and we could be great together and I know all I have done and have said but I was angry." He said as she looked to him
Adeline couldn't believe what she was hearing
"We shouldn't be together just because we have a child it doesn't work like that" she said as he looked to her
"I know but we could be great together don't you think?" He asked as she looked to him in utter shock. She had no idea what to do or what to say but she knew that it was beyond complicated
