" Myself Aadhira Sharma " the young woman, or more precisely girl of nearly 17-18 years age introduced herself, her voice filled with concern as she knelt beside Haseena. She gently shook Haseena's shoulder, trying to rouse her. " Aap thik ho ? "

Haseena slowly regained consciousness, her vision blurry at first. She blinked a few times, trying to focus on the face in front of her. She looked at the face, adoring it. Maybe it was not Karishma but she felt peace after two months seeing the same face near her. " Aadhira... Sharma? " she repeated, her voice weak.

" Ji... " Aadhira replied with a reassuring smile. " Aap behosh ho gayi thi. Yeh lijiye paani " she forwarded a glass of water.

Haseena looked at her surroundings and found it to be her bedroom.... ' Isko kaise pata chala yeh humare bedroom hai ? Aur paani kaha rakha hota hai vo bhi... Kaise....! ' Her heart raced as she tried to make sense of the situation. Could it really be Karishma? But how? She felt a mix of hope and fear, unsure of what to believe.

As Haseena sipped the water, she couldn't shake of her doubts about her new tenant.

She decided to confront her. " Aadhira... aapko kaise pata chala ke main yahan hoon? Aur yeh mera bedroom hai? Aur paani kaha rakha hota hai... Yeh bhi? "

Aadhira hesitated, her gaze dropping to the floor, as if all the answers were written on the floor. " Woh... main bas andaza laga rahi thi. Shayad mujhe galat laga. "

Haseena's suspicion deepened but she decided to leave the matter for that time being, but decided to keep a watch on her. " Aapki luggage kaha hai ? "

Aadhira pointed towards the living room " Waha rakha hai.... " She said quickly getting up and leaving the room.

' Kya yeh mera baccha ho sakta hai... Baat sirf shakal ek jaisa hone ka nahi, kuch kuch harkatein mujhe ek jaisa lag raha hai. ' Haseena took a deep breath ' I need to be strong '

" Wo humara room... " Aadhira's voice broke Haseena's thoughts...

" Ha aa rahe hai " Haseena got up from her bed.

" Dhyaan se aana... " Aadhira shouted, shocking Haseena.

Composing herself, Haseena got up from her bed, her mind still racing with questions.

As they walked towards the guest room, Haseena couldn't help but observe Aadhira closely. Every gesture, every word seemed to echo Karishma. The resemblance was uncanny, and it tugged at Haseena's heartstrings.

" Sab thik laga na aapko yaha? Koi problem nahi hoga na ? " Haseena asked, trying to sound casual showing her the room.

" Ji sab thik hai bas ek request tha "

" Yes, say! " Haseena replied.

" Wo hum aapse kaafi chote honge, aap mujhe aap se mat kahiye plss! " Aadhira said, smiling nervously.

Haseena chuckled softly, feeling a strange mix of emotions. She remembered a flashback when Karishma said a quite similar thing.

" Jiji yeh jo gusse mei aap mujhe ' aap ' karke kehte ho na I hate that ! Hum apse chote hai na... "

" Sure, ' tum ' chalega? " She asked Aadhira, coming to reality " Agar tumhe kisi bhi cheez k zarurat ho toh bejijhak batana "

" Jii bilkul... " Aadhira said, her smile widening.

As the days passed, Haseena's vigilance grew. She couldn't ignore the uncanny similarities between Aadhira and Karishma. The way Aadhira hummed Karishma's favorite songs, her mannerisms, and even her choice of words were too familiar to be mere coincidences.

One afternoon, while they were having tea, Haseena decided to learn more about Aadhira's background.

" Aadhira tum pehle kaha padhti thi ? "

Aadhira looked up, a bit surprised by the question. " Hum Delhi mei the pehle... Vaha hi padhte the "

" Delhi... Ohh kaunsa school ? " Haseena probed gently.

" DPS " Aadhira replied, her eyes flickering with a hint of nostalgia.

Haseena nodded, making a mental note. After a pause, Haseena decided to ask a more direct question. " Tum yaha kyu aayi Aadhira? "

Aadhira hesitated for a moment, her eyes dropping to her cup of tea. " Wo kuch personal reasons tha... Hume change chahiye tha "

Haseena nodded, sensing there was more to the story but deciding not to press further for now. " Koi baat nahi, yaha school kaisa chal raha hai tumhari ? "

" Mast ekdum jhakkas....! "  Aadhira replied, her smile returning, though it didn't quite reach her eyes.

As the days turned into weeks, Haseena continued to observe Aadhira.
