THE SORCERORS'S STONE
For a while, I sat in the Hospital Wing with Madame Pomphrey, Daphne, and a few professors at my side. Occasionally, Harry, Ron, and Hermione came to me, asking how I was doing. They were actually nice people. They comforted me with sweets, candy, and gifts. They kind of felt that they were responsible for my 'demise.' But, they helped me practise walking again.
As I got back into a groove, I started hanging out with them. I was still friends with Daphne, of course, we were just inseparable, but odd things happened. Harry revealed something to me, "Victoria, we wanted to talk to you about something."
"Sure, What's up?" I was intrigued.
"We have been plotting something. There's an ancient artefact called the Sorcerer's Stone and we think Professor Snape is scheming to steal it. We are trying to stop him! Can we entrust you with this information?" He pleaded.
"Ummmm," I said unsure. Snape is my Head of House. If he caught me meddling with them, I might get in trouble, but this was a serious task. So I agreed, "Yes."
"Thank you so much," Harry said joyfully. "We plan to get it tonight, and we need you to come with us. Ron and I think you can help us. You and Hermione are the smartest people I know! Will you come with us?"
"Um, I might struggle with my walking, but yeah. Sure," I replied, slightly laughing at this idea.
Shortly, I fell into another vision. I saw a tiny little baby inside a cradle. He was being spoken to by a red-headed woman. She called him Harry, so I think it's his mother. Then, a hooded figure burst into the room. The woman pleaded for the figure to kill her and not Harry, so the hooded figure obliged. There was a blast of green light and a ear-destroying scream. Mrs. Potter lay dead on the floor. I blipped out.
Harry shook me awake, "Victoria, are you ok?"
"Yeah, I'm fine. When do we plan steal this stone?" I tried to change the topic.
"Tonight, at seven! Meet us in the third floor corridor," Hermione instructed, the group immediately rushing away.
I just laid there on the hospital bed, trying to grasp at what I had just witnessed. I'm now part of a plan to stop Professor Snape, Head of my house, from getting the Sorcerer's Stone! I thought this was crazy!
~~~~Skip to seven o clock~~~~
Once Madame Pomphrey left the Hospital Wing, my leg had healed immensely with her healing capabilities. I still had trouble walking, but I was almost fully healed. It took me fifteen minutes but I managed to sneak out and limp my way to the third floor corridor.
Harry, Ron and Hermione were nowhere to be found. I waited leaning on the wall, when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I jolted around to find nothing. But then, the air started to move and the trio appeared. "What was that?" I whispered.
"It's an invisibility cloak! Did anyone see you?" Ron asked.
"No, no one saw me. That is so cool" I replied, looking down at the cloak. It had turned from invisible to a darkish brown cloak.
"Shh! Guys, let's go!" Harry whispers, ushering us into a dark room.
I nearly screamed when I saw what was inside the corridor. Inside was a large brown dog with three heads, all of them growling and drooling with saliva! The room filled with silence, the only noise being a small harp in the corner of the room keeping the beast from waking up. Harry whispered to me, "That harp is the only thing keeping us alive. We need to get into that trapdoor!"
