Ch 17- First Degree

-Badwater Basin-

Gumball and Phil were with the RED team who were congratulating them for the victory.

"Good job small boy." Heavy said putting his hand on Phils shoulder which was admittedly too small for his huge hand.

"Heh, thanks big guy." Phil said before Engi went up to him.

"Well son, I'm sorry about your gun kid, but I have just the thing to cheer you up." He said before presenting Mimi who was as good as new.

"Mimi!" Phil yelled before hugging her.

"Daddy." She exclaimed.

"That's still weird." Phil said. Engi then laughed before handing him a wrench.

"Whenever you have that kind of problem and some metal on hand she'll be good as new." Engi said before handing Phil a pistol with it. "And everyone can use some extra gun." On Gumball's end Demoman, Sniper, and Scout were congratulating him.

"Woo, this little Cheet was a fire ball out there that dragon stood no wee chance!" Demo yelled.

"Yes sir, God save the-"

"Shut up you crocodile hum-hicupp-ing bampot!" Demoman yelled with contempt. The trio looked at the nine men and nodded in respect and opened a portal and stepped through before falling. Gumball landed feeling weird and saw himself in a puddle looking... Strange and screaming.

"Ah, what the what!" He yelled looking at his paws which were now hands and his feet being also human like he felt his hair and felt his cat ears and hair. "What have I become?" He asked himself in horror. He looked at Phil and saw him and was flabbergasted.

"Eh, Gumdrop what's... Wrong, why are you looking at me like that?" He asked before shaking his head and rubbing his eyes. "Why do you look like that?" He asked seeing that Gumball was now a human with blue hair and cat ears and his normal clothes without shoes.

"I don't know, why do you have a mouth?" Gumball yelled.

"What, I always have a mouth, I guess I just hide... It." He said before seeing his reflection and screaming.

"What happened?" Gumball asked in distress.

"I don't know but I want to go back!" Phil yelled before the Telemension beeped. "What now?" Phil asked. A projection of a Shadow Man was projected.

"So you're finally facing a bit of reality warping, see when an organic lifeform goes into a dimension like this the experience animi- animefic- pfft ah ha ha, sorry sorry it's kinda ridiculous." Shadow Man laughed as the duo looked at each other as a take two beeped on. "Animefication, an anomaly where your usual features, especially animalistic ones become extremely human-like with exceptions to your ears." Shadow Man said before the communication was terminated.

"So I'm an anime guy now?" Gumball asked looking down at his hands.

"Holy moly this is trippy." Phil said before shivering.

"You tell me I'm the one more affected by this, you're still bald!" Gumball yelled as phil touched his head.

"Aw man, I like being bald but I was hoping for some kind of new look." Phil said as Mimi stepped up to him looking normal.

"Well where are we?" Gumball asked before looking around and seeing a man in a blue suit and a girl in a purple... Dress? It looked strange to him. The two approached them and saw they were having a sentimental moment.

"Hello?" Phil asked before the two looked at them. The man had spikey hair and a blue suit along with a gold badge, the girl had long black hair and a bun. "Uh, where are we?" He asked awkwardly.
