Dear Journal,
I'm alone in the warehouse now, surrounded by the final pieces of our collection.
I'm on a short break.
All that's left are the finishing touches, and everything is coming together perfectly. The seamstresses and tailors have outdone themselves. They've taken the designs I sketched and breathed life into them. Their craftsmanship is outstanding, and I couldn't be more proud of what we've accomplished.
Even more so, I'm incredibly proud of May.
She's overseen every detail of this collection, pouring her blood, sweat, and tears into it. It's more than just a collection; it's a testament to her dedication and passion. She's transformed it into something truly remarkable.
I'm planning to pick up a bottle of champagne later—May and I are both lightweights, and I think we deserve a little celebration. More importantly, I'm going to ask her if I can officially be her boyfriend. I can't stop smiling about it. Carla keeps teasing me at the office about it, and while it's a bit embarrassing, it's also endearing.
May looks so beautiful as she fusses over the details. I never realized how sexy her competence could be. It's a different side of her that just adds to my admiration.
I need to head to a meeting now, but I promised myself I'd write this down before I forget. I can't wait to celebrate with May and take the next step in our relationship.
Much to do,
- Alexander
