Chapter 18

After everyone ate dinner and cleaned up, it was time to settle down for the evening. Jeongin asked to watch a movie and wanted to let Jisung and Felix decide which turned into a big moment when the omegas said they weren't allowed to watch much, so they didn't have any ideas.

Changbin came up with a solution, "How about we start with something animated?"

His mates looked at each other, getting nods from all of them.

"What are you thinking, Bin?" Minho asked, sitting on the couch next to Jisung and holding his hand.

"Nothing specific that I can think of, but what about a Disney movie?" Eyebrows raised and looking to his betas.

While the betas discussed which movie to watch, Chan looked to his omegas and spoke up, getting their attention. "Felix, Jisung." They both looked at him. "I know it's probably a lot to ask of you, but.." He paused, now having everyone's attention. "Seeing as you don't really have any family at your old pack, would you like to stay here with us? You can say no, that is an option, and we will respect it. I just wanted to offer in case you wanted to stay here as I know that Jisung seems to be clinging to Minho."

Jisung blushed and tried to hide his face in Minho's arm. "Sorry."

"Don't be sorry, baby. You're not upsetting anyone." Minho replied, looking at Jisung.

"Can we, Lixie?" It came out muffled, but Felix still heard him.

Felix looked to Jisung and smiled. "Is that what you want, Sungie?"

Jisung nodded his head and smiled.

"Is that what you want, Felix?" Seungmin asked.

Felix looked at Seungmin and replied, "Yes," he paused, looking down. "Before Jeongin found us at the bench, we were on our way back to the pack because we had snuck out the night before. Jisung didn't want to go back, and honestly, neither did I. We knew we were going to get punished." He took another pause as he started to smell angry alpha pheromones at his last sentence. He focused on the rest of what he wanted to say and sat down in Chan's lap, his back touching Chan's chest, "I was hoping I'd be able to talk Jisung into staying in the city, and then he mentioned it himself because he was scared. And that's when you all had showed up. Well, Jeongin did."

No one knew what to say. Their poor omegas were probably going to either go home to an angry pack and get hurt, or they would've been living on the streets.

"I'm glad you all found us when you did because I don't know what I would've done if Dorian came to find us." Felix said. He turned around to look at Chan and debated whether or not to tell him the next thing that was on his mind. Looking into his alpha's eyes, he decided he wanted to tell the truth of what could've been. "Do you know what he wanted to do with Jisung?"

Everyone's ears perked up, and Jisung whined. He knew what was going to be said, and he didn't want his mates to be angry with him.

No one answered, so Felix continued as he turned around, afraid of his Alpha's reaction, "Because of the way we grew up, our pack had a rule. If you didn't find your mate by the time you were 21, you could take a chosen mate. Al-" He stopped to correct himself, "Dorian was going to take Jisung when he turned 21." Felix said softly.

"WHAT?!" Changbin stood and shouted. Jisung instantly flinched and whined so loud. Hiding into Minho as much as he could. Felix jumped a little at the yell and Chan wrapped his arms around the omegas body to hug him.

"Sit down, Bin. And be quiet. You scared my baby." Minho said sternly, giving Changbin a dirty look and wrapping his arms around a scared Jisung. "It's okay, love. He's not mad at you. No one lives like that anymore, so he's just a little upset."
