It was a dark place. He couldn't see or feel anything. He tried moving, but his body felt heavy. All he could do was just lay there and listen to the fuzzy sounds around him. His mind drifted off, and sleep overtook him. Hopefully, when he wakes up, he'll be able to see where he is.

He went in and out of sleep for what felt like days. He still couldn't see anything or move his limbs, but the sounds were getting clearer every time his mind woke up.

One thing was for sure, there was a presence around him every time his mind was awake. He knew someone was right there, but he didn't know who it was. However, he could take a good guess at who it might be. Unfortunately, before he could even think of trying to move or speak, his brain was falling back into sleep mode.

His mind woke again, and there were voices around him, not many but a few. He still felt the presence near him, and he wanted to open his eyes, but it's like they were glued shut.

He could only listen to the sound of his pack alpha's sweet voice, but he sounded funny, like he wasn't near. Another voice was speaking, Jisung assumed it was a doctor, but he sounded normal, closer than Chan. He heard whines, and he internally whined. Then, he heard his alpha say a name. Just one name.

Jungkook.

He was here?! He's okay?! I need to see him! My only cousin is actually here for me!

Wake up! Wake up!

At his thoughts, his heart started beating with a quickness, eager to see his cousin. Sure, he wanted to see his mates, but he also really wanted his cousin. Even though they hadn't known each other long, Jungkook had shown that he was willing to help Jisung and his mates. That's all he could ever ask for in a family.

The machines surrounding him were beeping loudly, ringing in his ears. If he could move away from them, he would have.

He felt another presence over him, but he had no idea who it could be.

"His heart rate is spiking." It was the doctor.

A nurse came in upon getting notified that the machine was going off. She looked to the doctor for instruction. They talked for a minute, trying to discuss what would be the best thing to do at the moment to calm Jisung's heart down and what could have caused the sudden spike.

Meanwhile, Felix, Seungmin, and Jungkook all walked over.

"We're here, Sungie. I don't know if you can hear us, but your mates and your cousin are here for you." Felix reached out to grab his fellow omega's hand, and upon the soft, loving touch, the machines started to quiet down. Jisung's heart beat going back to a normal rate.

The doctor and nurse looked over at the mates, then to each other again.

"Well, that definitely seemed like a good reaction. Obviously, not good with the high heart rate, but that just shows that his brain is waking up. He could probably even hear us." The doctor said. "If that is the case, he should be waking up soon."
