After a courageous effort against a very talented team last Friday night, the Colgate Raiders return to Steve Riggs Rink to open ECAC Hockey play on this November night as they play the Yale University Bulldogs at the '65. With 12:11 left in the first period, Colton Young scored his third goal of the season to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 10:53 left in the first period, Paul McAvoy scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 2-0 Raiders. Mitch Benson and Corbin Kaczperski matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 2-0 Hamiltonians lead heading to the second period. With 17:57 left in the third period, Curtis Hall scored to make it 2-1 Raiders. Mitch Benson finished off Coach Allain's Bulldogs and Colgate wins 2-1! Colgate improved to 2-4-3 on the season and 1-0-0 in ECAC Hockey play!
