After a discouraging loss last night, the Colgate Raiders return to Steve Riggs Rink to play Union College on Saturday night in Central New York. With 11:26 left in the first period, Jacob Panetta scored his third goal of the season to make it 1-0 Raiders. Andrew Farrier and Darion Hanson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so the Hamiltonians lead 1-0 heading to period number two. With 10:07 left in the second period, Evan Tschumi scored his first goal of the season to make it 2-0 Colgate. Farrier and Hanson matched zeros for the remainder of the second period so Colgate maintains their 2-0 lead heading to the third period. With 10:49 left in the third period, John Snodgrass scored his sixth goal of the season, into an empty net to make it 3-0 Raiders. With 8:17 left in the third period, Paul Meyer scored his first goal of the season to make it 4-0 Colgate. Andrew Farrier finished off the 27 save shutout and Colgate wins 4-0! Colgate improved to 10-14-6 on the season and 8-7-3 in ECAC Hockey play!
