After taking a beating at the hands of Clarkson last Saturday, the Colgate Raiders return to Class Of 1965 Arena to play head coach Ron Fogarty's Princeton Tigers on the weekend before thanksgiving in the United States Of America. With 11:47 left in the first period, Corey Andonovski scored to make it 1-0 Princeton. Mitch Benson and Ryan Ferland matched zeros for the remainder of the period so the visitors from New Jersey lead 1-0 heading to the second period. With 9:30 left in the second period, Colton Young scored his fifth goal of the season, it's a power play goal to tie the game 1-1. With 1:07 left in the second period, Jared Cockrell scored his second goal of the season to make it 2-1 Raiders. Benson and Ferland matched zeros for the remainder of the period so Colgate leads 2-1 heading to the second intermission dressing rooms. With 33 seconds left in the third period, Jackson Cressey scored to tie the game 2-2. Benson and Ferland matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 2-2 remains our score heading to an all important, winner take all overtime amid ECAC Hockey play. Benson and Ferland matched zeros in overtime so Colgate and Princeton skate to a 2-2, overtime tie. Colgate shifted to 3-6-4 on the season and 2-2-1 in ECAC Hockey play.
