I just looked at the photo and liked it. Krist had invited me too, but once I found out Nanon was going, I opted out. I knew he was not comfortable with me, so I rather stay away.

The meeting earlier with him and his manager only went well because there were other parties around.

I sighed as I was about to keep away my phone when I received a message. I opened it only to have a text from Gawin. I cocked my head at this. Gawin and I do not really talk, and beyond the coffee incident, I did not think he would want to talk to me. So, to receive a text from him was surprising.

I opened the message.

"Hey, busy?"

"Not really, P. What's up?"

"I came to Krist's house for a sleepover. I didn't see you here, so I thought of asking where you were and to ask you to join us. I did ask Krist, and he's fine with it."

"Oh. Thanks P but it's ok. Sleepovers aren't really my thing. Plus I have some early filming tomorrow. So I can't come."

"Tomorrow is Sunday, Ohm. You know
management and how they never schedule stuff on Sundays to give us a break. Why don't you come for a bit? You don't have to stay if you don't want to. At least I have one more person to talk to."

"Uhm, P..."

"Please?"

I finally agreed and said I will see him in about 30 minutes. I didn't get a reply thereafter. 30 minutes later, I turned up at Krist's house and everyone was so happy to see me! I smiled as I went in, joking with everyone. I casually asked Krist on where Gawin was and he told me he was in the balcony. I nodded, heading out. He was just standing there, eating some fruits.

"Hello, P!"

Gawin turned to see me. "You came, wondered if you would."

"Think you didn't see my reply. I said I would."

Gawin smiled softly, apologising as his battery died and he had to charge the phone.

"Well thank you for coming. At least I have one more person to talk to."

I laughed.

"I am not sure, P. I worry if I am too loud for you."

"Why do you say that?"

"You are by far one of the quietest in the agency. Everyone knows only Krist and First have actually gotten through to you but they are also so much like you. And I am worlds apart. I am very noisy P."

Gawin chuckled softly.

"It's ok, maybe we can learn from each other."

I laughed. He offered me some fruits and I helped myself to it. We happily ate away as I chatted with him about work for abit. Gawin just listened carefully and in silence.

Just then, I heard an all too familiar voice.

"Hey guys, Krist is calling us out for another movie. Final one for the night. Shall we?"

I gripped my fists a bit when I heard Nanon's voice all over again. I turned around, smiling softly at him, nodding my head. Nanon just walked away, barely acknowledging my smile. But then, I felt a gentle tap on my shoulders. I looked to see Gawin throwing me a soft smile.

"It's ok, come on. I got you."

We chose seats together and I sat next to Gawin who just tossed me another pillow to hold on to. I looked over in Nanon's direction as he snuggled into Fourth. Gemini came by with a bucket of popcorn but he came and sat next to me instead, leaning his head on my shoulder. I laughed as I held onto him and turned to look at Gawin who just shot me a smile.

Guess, one can always make new friends.
