Chapter 13

Akutagawa wakes up on the doctor's table. Chuuya was right next to him.

"Ryyuu!" He hears his sister say and turns around. He gets met with a tight hug. He hesitantly hugs her back and is surprised by his little.in he's in. How he's even alive. He was sure the stone would've killed him.

"How...?" Akutagawa asks but coughs before he can finish the question.

"Atsushi. It was the weretiger who saved you. He caught you right before rocks started falling..."

"He saved your life" Gin finishes for Chuuya and Akutagawa's eyes go wide.

No. No, why Atsushi? Why not someone else?

Is he now indebted to the weretiger? He doesn't want to be...

But he saved Akutagawa's life. That had to count for something... no matter how much the diablo hated Atsushi.

"Akutagawa, you're hyperventilating" Chuuya says and tries to calm the diablo and after a while succeeds. That's when a new person enters the room.

Mori.

"I will need to keep an eye on him this night and you all still have paperwork to do" The boss says and Chuuya and Gin nod before quickly leaving. Gin smiles at her brother to make sure he knows he's going to get well soon and Chuuya leaves with a small frown on his face. He had his suspicions that the explosion was a plan, but why did the mastermind target Akutagawa and not for example Dazai or Mori?

Akutagawa stares at Mori as his boss puts some new liquid into his IV (?) that is connected to his body.

For some reason the diablo doesn't have a good feeling about this.

"Your head got hurt pretty bad in the fall. You domt see them now buf you have bruises on your stomach, legs and back. Nothing is fatal though" Mori explains. The diablo nods but is still confused about something.

"If it's nkt fatal than why all the liquid?"

"You will see soon." He says and injects Akutagawa with a sedative which makes the mafia executive fall into sleep almost immediately.

"He's really mine now?"

"Yes. You will still be my informant though"

"Of course... So when can I take him?"

"Soon."

"When is 'soon'?"

"When he wakes up. Which I'm pretty sure he's starting to"

Akutagawa feels someone touch his face. As soon as he feels strange lips on his own, he opens his eyes.

He heard everything.

"Weretiger?!" He lets out a surprised gasp and then gets kissed again, much gentler this time. As if Atsushi actually cared for him... as if he was some valuable toy which was easily breakable.

Akutagawa wasn't easily breakable, right?

His body is weak now. He's unable to push Atsushi away... all while Mori just watches.

Atsushi was the ADA traitor... And Akutagawa was promised to him.

There was even less point in fighting back now.

His body git picked up amd now he was sitting instead of laying down. His and Atsushi's eyes stared into each other and there was a small smile on the weretiger's lips.

He felt Atsushi's hand move up and touch his thigh, the inside of if.

He already had no pants on, only underwear so he felt Atsushi's warm hand even more.
