As you entered the base of the Port Mafia, Tachihara eagerly approached you with a wide smile on his face. He presented you with a gift to celebrate your third anniversary together. Delighted, you opened the box to find a set of matching bracelets, a symbol of your enduring love and commitment.

As you slipped the bracelet onto your wrist, the cool metal felt surprisingly comfortable. It perfectly complemented your outfit, and you couldn't help but admire the craftsmanship. Turning your attention back to Tachihara, you noticed a hint of anticipation in his eyes, clearly eager to see if you liked the gift.

As you embraced him tightly, a deep, heartfelt smile graced your face. Despite three years of being together, he remained surprised by the idea of someone genuinely caring for him, let alone expressing affection through a warm hug. However, he reciprocated the embrace shortly after.

The embrace you shared felt intimate and genuine. Tachihara could feel your heartbeat against his chest, synchronizing with his own. His arms wrapped around you, drawing you closer as if afraid to let go.

"Happy anniversary, love," Tachihara mumbled, his voice filled with a mix of affection and vulnerability.

You let go of Tachihara and kissed him softly. "We better get to work!" you smiled. He nodded and you left together toward the Black Lizard. Everyone was already there and your friend, Gin walked up to you.

"You two are late," Gin teased, gesturing towards the clock. Her eyes briefly flickered toward the new bracelet on your wrist before meeting your gaze again.

You playfully rolled your eyes and everyone left for the mission. It was simple: destroy a small gang that had been stealing equipment from the Port Mafia. You barely had to do anything as you watched them get shot. And after your completed mission you headed back.

As the group settled back into the headquarters, Tachihara found a moment to speak to you privately. He wore a serious expression on his face, a contrast to the playfulness of earlier."Can I talk to you for a moment?" he asked, gesturing for you to follow him.

You quickly followed, slightly intrigued by his attitude. He led you into a closet so no one could listen in.

He leaned against the wall, his eyes fixed on you with a mix of concern and affection. There was a heavy weight on his shoulders, a secret he seemed reluctant to share.

"What's up?" you said meekly.

Tachihara hesitated for a moment, gathering his thoughts. A hint of vulnerability laced his voice as he began to speak.

"I... I wanted to talk to you about something. It's been on my mind for a while, and I... I need your honest opinion."

"Okay! Go on." You tried to sound positive but you were slightly worried.

"Um," he stammered, gathering his courage. "I need to confess... I'm a spy." The words tumbled out in a hushed tone, and you couldn't believe what you were hearing. "I work for the hunting dogs, and I understand if you can't trust me anymore." Tachihara's eyes glistened with emotion as he spoke as if he was on the verge of tears.

Tears welled up in your eyes as you struggled to process the information. "You're... you're a spy? For the hunting dogs?" Your voice was unsteady, betraying the emotions that conflicted within you.

You didn't know what to say, but finally, you thought of something to say. "I won't tell anyone but, just give me a moment, I-" Tachihara hugged you tight, he didn't want to lose you, and you knew he loved you more than anything.

His voice was soft and unsure as he spoke, "Please, please... don't hate me. I never wanted to lie to you, but I couldn't risk... losing you."

"I won't leave you, don't worry."

A wave of relief washed over Tachihara as he heard your words of reassurance. He held onto you tighter, as if trying to anchor himself to the certainty you were granting him.

"Thank you," he murmured. The tension in his shoulders slowly eased, and he exhaled a shaky breath. "I... I don't deserve you."

Suddenly the door flung open and Gin stood there with a surprised look.

"Gin! I- What are you doing." You let go of Tachihara, scared she might have heard. Gin was calm as she spoke.

"I came to find you. But you shouldn't be doing anything inappropriate at work." You could feel her smirk even if you couldn't see it.

"What? We were just hugging!!" You shouted, embarrassed. It was clear she hadn't heard your conversation, which gave you relief. You both walked out of the closet slightly embarrassed.

You held Tachihara's hand tightly, a sign that nothing could ever separate the two of you.
