It had only been four hours, and Chloe and Lucy had made so much chaos already for the Price family. They hadn't even gotten to the presents yet. Chloe and Lucy had been in the backyard, Chloe's room, and the living room as the morning went on.

This was only cause of how tired Chloe was for losing sleep, though Flynn would be lying if he said it wasn't amusing to see the stress on his parents' faces, soon it was close to having cake and then presents. The present William couldn't wait for Chloe to have, Flynn's was also in the garage.

"Chloe! Flynn! It's time for cake!" Joyce called out from the kitchen, getting the cake from the fridge.

Chloe and Lucy, and Flynn make their way downstairs and towards the dining room at the table, taking their seats next to each other.

William and Joyce sing the usual 'Happy birthday' song as Joyce is bringing out the cake and William lighting the candles.

Chloe groans at the cringy singing, and Flynn muffles a laugh as his sister is acting like it is torture to her.

"Happy sixteenth birthday, kids!" William loudly said with happiness in his voice, "And I especially got this at your local Dairy Queen! Your favorite cake!"

Flynn laughs as Chloe rolled her eyes with a big smile on her face. Lucy watches the family fondly, wishing she had this with her own family. But Lucy was part of this family as William had told her a few months back when he pulled her aside one night, and she stayed over.

"Okay guys, eat your delicious grub, and we'll get to your presents! I have a big surprise for you both!"

The three teens grabbed their slices of cake and chatted to one another as Joyce and William did their own thing while eating their plates of cake.

"Okay! I'm done!" Chloe yelled as she got up, "Dad! I want to see my surprise gift!"

"Yeah, me too!" Flynn yelled.

Lucy chuckled at their excitement, she watches as William did his silly tactics as he was leading the twins to the garage, Lucy got up from the chair and followed, standing next to Flynn as William opened the door to the garage and revealed an expensive Highlander Hybrid and a motorcycle.

The twins gasped, and William pulled out two boxes out of his pocket, giving them both a box that held keys to their respective vehicles.

"Dad! You got me my dream car! What the actual - thank you!" Chloe hugged William tightly before pulling Lucy with her to take a good look at the car and looking around inside the car as Flynn gave William a big hug and going to his motorcycle.

Joyce made her way to her husband, as they both smiled at their children, enjoying their gifts, "You did a good thing, honey."

"It's the least I could do. Besides, they're at their legal age to drive anyway." He joked, causing Joyce to chuckle and playfully hit William.

"Just don't forget to teach them how to drive!" Joyce said as she went back inside to clean the plates.

As the day went on, Chloe and Lucy spent their time walking around Arcadia Bay, talking and bullshitting the whole time, Chloe would talk about her new car every fifteen minutes but Lucy didn't mind, she loved seeing the strawberry blonde happy and if talking about a car made her happy then she wouldn't stop her from rambling away.

Chloe felt her phone vibrate in her pocket, thinking it was probably her brother or her parents she pulled it out, but to her surprise, it was her old best friend Max.
