Branch and Poppy One Shot

Big Dance Party!

One afternoon a couple of trolls were walking around outside of troll village making sure the traps were set so no dangerous creatures could get in. ''Didn't you just check on them this morning?'' asked a pink hair troll queen.

''Yes, I did but you can never be too sure Poppy, I'm not taking any chances.'' Said a dark hair teal male troll as they continued to walk around.

''Branch the bergens are friends now they will help us if something happens.'' Poppy said as she checked on a trap.

Poppy had made it a thing to learn how to check on traps as Queen it was her job to make sure her trolls were safe even if it was a bit over the top, and Branch was just the troll to teach she also used it to spend time with her boyfriend since she was usually busy, but they made it work.

''I know but we need something to stall while they get here cause trolls could die in a matter of minutes.'' Branch said as they checked the last trap.

''That is true, say you still going to the dance party with me?'' asked Poppy as they headed for the troll tree.

''Well of course, it's a sing and dance party with my favorite troll, I wouldn't miss it for anything.'' He said smiling as they held hands.

''Well, I got to get ready for tonight I'll pick you up around 7.'' Branch said as he walked Poppy to her pod and gave her a kiss on the cheek and left.

Later that night...

Branch and Poppy made their way to the center of troll village and saw a bunch of trolls dancing and they saw the snack pack talking and dancing they made there way over to them.

''Hey look who came it our favorite couple in the whole village.'' Announced DJ Suki at the dj booth every troll clapped and continued to dance.

''Did you hear later tonight is gonna be a dance off I can't wait.'' said Guy Diamond.

''Poppy would like to dance?'' Branch asked as I wanna dance with somebody came on.

Every troll grabbed a partner and danced, and the snack pack started dancing around everyone was having a good time dancing and singing songs.

A few hours later

''Alright can I have your attention, we will now have a singing and dance competition, we will have solos, duos and groups so pick out a song and well get started.'' DJ said.

First up was Guy Diamond singing Thunder vs DJ Suki singing They don't know. Guy Diamond did little dance and got a big applause and DJ got an even bigger applause, so DJ won. Next up was Biggie and Fuzzbert singing September vs Satin and Chenille singing Dancing Queen. Biggie and Fuzzbert won. Next was Smidge singing Mamma Mia vs Cooper singing What makes you beautiful and Smidge ended up winning.

Now it was Branch sing Not a Bad Thing vs Poppy sing Heaven a Place on earth. It was a hard call while Branch was singing, he looked at Poppy the whole-time smiling sing to her. Poppy looked at Branch while singing as well and turns out Branch ended up winning.

''Well now that we did that let keep the party going with more music DJ ended up playing Shut up and Dance. This was Branch and Poppy's favorite song they tore up the dance floor everyone clapping and cheering they only had eyes for each other and soon after a few more songs the party ended. Every troll went home beside Poppy Branch and the Snack Pack who cleaned up the area.

''This was a great party DJ, let have another one soon.'' Guy said picking up cups.

''Yeah, I'm surprised it wasn't too much or too loud for you Branch.'' said Cooper.

''Well, I was having a blast and didn't really notice too much.'' He said.

''I could tell even at the end when you two love birds were making out in the corner.'' Biggie said as they all giggled at the couple turning red.

''We got lost in the moment; it happens.'' Poppy said blushing.

''Well, you guys make a great couple and I'm sure Branch will be a great king someday.'' Said Smidge.

''W-we ain't that far yet, beside its Poppy's choice.'' Branch said.

''Well, we just have to wait and find out.'' The queen said smiling.

After it was all cleaned the pack went home and Branch walked Poppy back to her pod. ''This was a wonderful night, I had fun.'' Poppy said as they stopped by her door.

''Yeah, it was great, say tomorrow night do you want to go star gazing with me?'' He asked holding her hands.

''That sounds like fun.'' Poppy said excitedly as they lean in and kissed each other, after pulling away ''I'll pick you up tomorrow night.'' he said as he backed away

''Ok nite Branch love you.

''Love you too Poppy good nite.'' And Branch went to his bunker.
