Branch Admits his Feelings

Branch sees Poppy and goes over to her to give her a kiss not aware he is being watched and confronted. My favorite one

One morning gray Branch was out collecting sticks as he was getting low but he was also deep in thought his thoughts were about a pretty pink troll named Princess Poppy he had a major crush on her but knew she would never fall for him she had eyes for only Creek and that guru troll always rubbed it in he only wanted Poppy for her title and looks.

'She would never love me like I love her.' He sighed as his heart hurt a bit over it.

As he was thinking he walked by an area and saw something in the distance he went over to it to see his crush and true love Princess Poppy sleeping under a mushroom with a list next to her she looked so cute sleeping.

He was surprised but then again all the parties she set up and went too plus being up early probably was too much for her he looks around to see nobody by and he put the sticks down and went over crawling on his knees until he came to the troll who was sleeping with a smile on her face. She was so beautiful when she was sleeping a vision how he wished he was with her.

Her freckles popped a bit and she looked so soft, he wonders how her skin and lips would feel it had been a dream of his to one day kiss her and she was too tempting he leans over close to her and smiles sadly gently stroking her cheek. ''Oh Poppy I wish you loved me like I love you.'' He whispers quietly and then he leans over and places a soft kiss on her lips for a few seconds and pulled away backing up. What he didn't know is that he was being watched by someone who is a huge fan of him and Poppy.

''Rest up my princess I'll always love you and be watching and protecting you someday I hope you how much I love you.'' He whispers standing up and going to grab his sticks when he turned and caught Guy Diamond who had a grin on his face.

'CRAP!' Was all Branch's mind said.

He watched Guy who was grinning like an idiot with his arms crossed. ''Guy what are you doing here?'' The gray troll asked blushing.

''I was coming to see if Poppy is ok she been tired and off her game lately but I see you found her instead.'' Guy said grinning.

''Um how much of that did you see?'' asked Branch glaring nervously at Guy.

''I saw the whole thing you going over stroking her cheek and kissing her on the lips a bit bold coming from the guy who doesn't do happy.'' Guy said arms crossed.

''I-I was j-just checking to make sure she was alive.'' He said defending himself weakily.

''Really how sweet though you could of put her head on her chest.'' Guy said playing along knowing this is too good to pass up.

''Alright fine yes I kissed her I couldn't help it she has that affect on me.'' He said sighing.

''So you do having feelings for Poppy.. yes I knew it.'' Guy said.

''What?'' asked Branch folding his arms.

''You totally have a crush on Poppy.'' Guy said jumping up and down.

''Well maybe ok so yes I may have a tiny small crush on her who doesn't?'' He admitted.

''Yes great they owe me.'' Guy said.

''What?'' asked Branch.

''Oh so a while ago after you and Poppy got into a heated argument me and the others were arguing over weather or not you liked Poppy. Me, Biggie, DJ and Satin all said that you did have a crush on Poppy and the rest well they said you were just jealous of how happy she was. Looks like me and the others win.'' Guy said excitedly.

''Wow why would you think that?'' Branch asked.

''Only though I think there is more to this then you let on.'' Guy said watching Branch.

''What could you possible mean I told you I have a crush on Poppy so there you were right and there is nothing else to talk about I mean look at me do you honestly think I have a chance with Poppy the happiest sweetest most beautiful troll, I'm a grump who ruins fun, smashes her invitations, calls out a bergan is coming! and I'm gray she could never be happy with me I'm not her type, she likes that Creek he is everything I'm not. Perfect, handsome, sings, calming and has Poppy wrapped around his finger and has her heart.'' He sighed looking down kicking some grass with his foot.

''That's the other part Branch, I don't think your upset with her about her singing and loud parties that is part of it but the real reason you push her away, and fight with her is that you are jealous of her and Creek's relationship.'' Guy said watching Branch closely listening and feeling bad for him.

''So I was right about them.'' He said sadly.

''Not quiet seems like Creek has some competition.'' Guy said grinning like a kid.

Branch looks at him eyebrow raised worried someone else was after Poppy of course ever male troll loved her. ''Oh and who is that.

''See I know Creek and he hates you with a passion and it seems like he has a good reason.'' Guy said smirking.

''What reason is that?'' asked Branch sarcastically.

''Because Poppy likes you.'' He said simply.

Branch looked at him not daring to believe it. ''Good one Guy you almost had me.''

''Its true I mean why after all the times you pushed her away and told her no she still makes invitations, and tries to get you to come to parties, and talks to you, invading your space now I'm no expert on this but it seems to me and the others that she has a thing for you. I mean she never puts that much effort into doing anything for Creek and she keeps coming back, to me that seems like the sign of true love, you fight with her because your afraid of your feeling for her they are new to you and plus your afraid she will reject you and giving that you always stomp on her stuff and put her down she not gonna say anything about liking you.'' Guy said out of nowhere.

''You really think so?'' Asked Branch.

''Yes I mean why else is she flirting and seems into Creek? She not doing it because she loves him she doing it to make you jealous and to fill like someone loves her. The way you and her fight there something romantic about it that you don't get from her with anyone else. Besides Creek only wants to be king of the trolls, and he talks behind your back and I know he teases you about your feelings for Poppy I heard him talking to his buddies over it. So there is still hope and get to know Poppy Branch and maybe you two will have a shot I'm rooting for Broppy.'' He said.

''Why are you saying this and being nice to me?'' Branch asked.

''Because I like you as a friend and I want to get to know you better if you'll let me and I think your way better then Creek and we have a lot more in common then you think, but I can talk to Poppy for you.'' The glitter troll said.

''No she doesn't need to know about my crush on her nothing will happen she could never love me but I'm happy to hear she does think of me.'' He smiled grabbed his sticks and left. ''Tell anybody about what you saw I will hunt you down and I have plenty of ways to dispose of a body.'' Branch said smirking and smiling a bit as he left.

''Oh don't worry Branch your secret is safe with me and you'll be doing as I ask as I have blackmail of Broppy.'' Guy grins to himself pulling a picture out of his hair of Branch leaning over kissing Poppy looking close it almost seemed like she kissed him back.
