(I'm lost without you)Epilogue.
It's been three weeks since I said goodbye to Dontae, I go to his grave twice a week, and I just talk to him, and telling him how much I miss him, I want to be with him.
Sasha, you have to face it Dontae is gone, and he would want you to move on with your life, you're hurting his memory, by feeling sorry for yourself.
Gran how long did it take you to move on when papa Charles died, you wouldn't face it yourself that he was gone, she said that's true, but she had to realize he wanted her to stop grieving and start living. I told her to give me that chance to realize he's not coming back, but I'll never forget about him and our love, gran said she doesn't expect me to ever forget what we had, even if it were a short time, listen to my heart, I'll know when to move on.
Sasha, you need to do something, all you do is sit around here, when are you going back to work, getting out of the house will help, keeping busy.
I already talked to Mr. Alexander, he told me to take all the time I need, and he knew that papa Charles would want him to see me through this, gran I think I'm going away. She said Okay she'll go with me, where would I like to go. I don't know yet, but gran I'm going alone, gran said okay but tell her I'm not thinking about hurting myself tell her the truth. Because she knows I've been depressed since Dontae passed.
No gran I'm not, but I have thought about it, but if I did something like that, I would never make it to heaven and see Dontae, and going away is something I have to do on my own, you'll just baby me, and tell me what you think I want to hear. Gran said okay, but I better call her and let her know where I am, promise her that, I told her I promise.
Ms. Parker came into the room and got the coffee cups, she asked when will I leave for my trip, I told her I'm not sure yet, but I still want her to come and take care of the house while I'm gone, she said that's what I hired her to do, and listen to my gran mother killing myself will only hurt the people here who love me, she walked out of the room.
Gran the woman can't be psychic so she must be listening to our conversation, I asked gran has Ms. Parker been telling her things about me is that how she knew about me being depressed, she said yes, and she's just looking out for me, gran said she has to get going. RJ is coming down here, she told RJ not to bother me he's staying with her, I told her thanks I'm really not in the mood for anymore company, gran kissed me, I showed her out.
I thought about where to go, and something clicked into my head, Ms. Parker, can you come in here, she did, I told her I'm going out don't make lunch for me, she said why bother I don't eat anyway, I need to get myself together and live, and let Dontae rest he's not here. Ms. Parker that's enough I just left; I know that woman has to be around here listening to me, I got in my car and headed downtown, if this works, I'll be leaving tomorrow.
I went to the Alexander building, and went straight up to Mr. Alexanders office, I asked the receptionist could I see him, she asked my name, I told her, she said she doesn't see my name on the list, I'll have to make an appointment for next week. I told her if Mr. Alexander is busy, I'll wait, she said he has appointments until three, maybe she'll see if he'll see me after that, I sat down, and looked at my watch, damn it's only eleven thirty.
After twenty minutes Reese Alexander came out of the office, he asked the lady why she didn't tell someone I was out here, she told him I didn't have an appointment, Mr. Alexander asked am I here to see him or his father, I told him anyone of them will do, he told me to come into the office. We walked in and he said look who I found, Mr. Ekim stood up and said he's glad to see me, I look good, he told me to take a seat, he asked me am I ready to come back to work.
