"Where is my Jimin?" Jungkook yelled into the phone, his voice raw with panic. He paced back and forth, his appearance disheveled and exhaustion etched on his face. The thought that Jimin might have run away because of the wedding was unbearable. "Why are you so quiet, Wonho? Answer my question!" he shouted again.

Wonho was silent, struggling to find the right words. He needed to convey Jimin's desire to be alone without further provoking Jungkook. He swallowed hard, feeling nervous. He was grateful he wasn't standing in front of Jungkook right now.

"Boss, Omega Jimin asked me to tell you that he wants to stay alone for some time and ordered me not to disclose his whereabouts," Wonho said, emphasizing the word "ordered" to remind Jungkook of the loyalty oath he made him take.

"WHAT!" Jungkook screamed, his frustration reaching a boiling point. The idea that Jimin didn't want to see him now was too much. "Just tell me where my Jimin is, Wonho!" he threatened, his voice dripping with menace.

Wonho trembled but held his ground. "Please forgive me, my lord. If you want to cut off my head for disobeying you, I understand. But you made me swear an oath to always stay loyal to Jimin. I'm afraid I have to disobey you today," he said, choosing his words carefully to protect himself and buy some time of peace for Jimin.

Jungkook's breath came in harsh, angry gasps. "Wonho, you have no idea what you're doing," he growled.

"I do, boss. And I understand your pain, but I have to protect Jimin as you commanded. He needs space right now. Please, give him that," Wonho pleaded he knows that he is crossing the line but he had to for his Minie.

There was a tense silence on the line. Jungkook closed his eyes, struggling to control his emotions. He knew Wonho was right, but the thought of being away from Jimin was unbearable.

"Fine," he finally said, his voice barely above a whisper. "But if anything happens to my omega, Wonho, I WILL BURN YOU ALIVE."

"Understood, boss. I will keep him safe," Wonho replied without any hesitation, and relief washing over him.

Jungkook ended the call, his heart heavy. He knew he had to respect Jimin's wishes, but it didn't make the pain any easier to bear. He sank onto the nearest chair, burying his face in his hands, wondering how he will make his omega understand this.

It was already dawn, and Jungkook had finally fallen asleep on the couch, clutching one of Jimin's used dresses from the laundry, his head leaned back and legs spread out. He was still in the same attire, the evidence of his restless night etched in his disheveled appearance.

Meanwhile, Jimin lay snuggled under the covers, his clothes from last night scattered on the floor, as the smell of beer become unbearable for the omega and clothes were sticky to his body too, his naked body enveloped in the warmth of the blankets. The sun began to rise, and the chirping of birds near the window filled the room. The window in Jimin's room was locked but it was not soundproof so the noise of tweeting stirred the omega, causing him to whine softly.

"Baby, please, shoo that bird away. I want to sleep a little more," Jimin mumbled in his sleep, but the chirping continued. He shuffled under the blanket, peeking his head out. "Hyung, please make that bird fly away. It's disturbing me," he grumbled, expecting a response from Jungkook.

However, no response came and the bird kept tweeting, Jimin sat up abruptly, his face swollen, especially his eyes. He started whining like a child, but then the reality of the previous night hit him. His eyes opened wide, and he remembered everything—seeing Jungkook with Eva on someone phone, the emotional turmoil, the club, Taehyung, and how he ended up here.
