Also Me: *Spams enter key* Trust me guys, I hate myself more than you ever can :3)

*Your POV*

You mixed the batter and poured it into the pan, making some fresh (Fresh: hello? *Poofs soon after*), warm pancakes. You'd always been amazingly messy with whatever you did, even if it was a simple task, so after looking down (only to see powder, syrup and sugar covering your clothes [cuz you never slept due to fantasizing about scaring Ink with your clothes]), you decided you'd take a shower (I know I mention showers a lot, but you do have to remember that there are a few time skips that span over days, weeks, and months - hygiene is important!).
Of course you had gotten distracted from actually going in the shower, having turned it on and then picking up a sketchbook. After a few small doodles, steam from the restroom made you realize the shower had been running hot for an hour without you in it. Your face burned (even though you didn't quite notice due to lack of emotions. You also didn't realize that your face had practically turned into a rainbow- much like Ink's blush), and you turned the water to cool for combatting the thick air before going in. After a quick scrub, you toweled off and dressed in some overalls and a white shirt.

You scribbled a quick message to Ink, who came 20 minutes later. "Hey Y/-" He was interrupted by the familiar black substance flowing from his mouth. You let out a small giggle (something unusual coming from you, but then again, you had basically choked three ice cubes down as you cooked breakfast) and grabbed Ink's wrist, before running right through with a jar of dust and a handful of ingredients/food.
"You're going to drop me off at the AUs from before so I can give these to them!" Ink begrudgingly (not really, he seemed pretty okay with how you were acting) agreed, making sure you had at least the smallest sip of the blue vial (because you were way too peppy to go to UF) before leaving you at the doorstep of Edge's house. You knock, and Edge answers. You have to raise the dust above your head for him to see you.

He quickly takes it and shuts the door on you. Ink, who hadn't quite left, met your eyes and shrugged, bringing your next destination- Horrortale. Ink complements the outfit (that had initially startled him when he first saw you) and leaves, but not before mentioning a puddle he will put in the Judgement Hall so you could get home.
Your stomach growls, and you knock on the door, only to have it be answered by Axe, and not Sugar.

You greet him, confused, and he clarifies that Nightmare had found a way to exploit the time change within the copy (which had slowly started turning into its own AU with the obvious differences from its OG).
Meaning: Axe wouldn't miss most of his brother's life (or come back one day to his brother's dust on the floor, something you were sure he worried about often) by working with the gang. You tilt your head as the skeleton explains, "As long as I'm out of the AU for under an hour, only a day will go by. It's a glitch in the system."

You nod (even though you didn't understand, and didn't really care to try and do so), and walked in, only to be tackled by the tall skeleton. "Y/n! You brought the ingredients?!" You nodded happily and got to work with Sugar to make some pudding.
Before you knew it, you both had aprons on, one that said, 'Certified cook' and the other, 'Hug (kiss had been crossed out in sharpie, and hug was written above it) the cook'. It was absolutely adorable, and per request of the apron, you hugged Sugar.

"I don't know how to make pudding, but I can google it, I think." You say, taking out your phone and messing around in the search bar for a bit. "Milk, cream, eggs, starch, or rice are the main things-- That makes no sense?? I just brought it all, just in case."
You wish you had looked over the recipe beforehand. No matter how much you didn't know, with the help of Sugar (and an occasional comment from Axe), you were able to finish the dessert. You were glad you had all the things needed to make such a sweet treat.
