(I'm glad I powered through. Writer's block sure sucks lol)
*Your POV*

You sat down on the couch next to Cross and F/1 (Cross being at the end of the couch on the floor, leaning on the arm of the piece of furniture) grumpily.
Nightmare smugly explained that all the toilet paper in the house had been misplaced, much like the last one. He did it to purely git a negative reaction. VEeeRrrryyyyYYyY fUUnNnYNnYyYyyyy.

He took a knife from his pocket (it was very dull and had two handles) and handed it to Killer. It took you a flat minute to realize what it was. "Oh my gosh! Is that a Balisong? I used to have one of those (then I forgot where I placed it)!"
Nightmare smiled at your fake eagerness, finding it endearing. "Yeah. I used to dabble too; just recently picked up the hobby." (This is a reference to my Nightmare book lol They aren't the same, obviously, but like; it's still a nice easter egg).

It was a day of spending time together. You were still on edge from the kidnapping, having not expected your childhood bullies to go this far. You actually grabbed your computer at one point to play Undertale Yellow, a fangame.
The skeletons seemed to gather around as you completed a neutral run. "Why kill?" Ink questions as Nightmare's tentacles slap him, immersed in the game as you killed a monster. "Why let them live? It doesn't matter." You say, and he guesses that the vials ran out again (you'd only taken a sip, probably to understand F/1's situation and forgive them).

Eventually, gaining a headache, you stopped. You handed your computer to F/1, telling them to entertain everybody while you stole food from the group still chatting in the kitchen. Thankfully, they just let you have some, and you ate it slowly. Delicious. This is anti-climatic.
You wander into the doodlesphere and go into the OG Undertale to visit Classic. "Yooo." You greet. "Yoooooo." He responds, uncaring. "What brings you here?" You shrug at the question, "Boredom."

"There's a Geno run currently going on." Classic says, "You should probably stay with me. The human is in waterfall at the moment. I think they're killing Undyne." You take your phone and dial a blocked number. "Yo Y/1, did you swap to Undertale?" There is a hum of an affirmative. "You should probably stop the Genocide, Sans is kinda P*ssed."
F/1 groans, "I don't wanna try and rip the computer from Nightmare; he's scarier than his human version." "I HEARD THAT!!" Nightmare shouts from the other line, screaming as he's killed by Undyne the Undying. You chuckle and tell Nightmare that once he finishes the game, he's not allowed on your computer anymore. You hang up before he can tell you he won't listen to your demands.

"So, Nightmare's the source this time?" Classic questions, and I nod. "Usually, I only do neutrals, avoiding killing your brother mostly because he's too innocent for this world, but those are in 1-2 month intervals due to being busy."
Classic just sighs, "Can you just do a true pacifist and stop resetting?" You frown, "No-can-do, buddy. If I don't do it, somebody else will. There's no guarantee they will be better or worse than me."

"Would you kill in real life?" He asks suddenly, and you think for a moment. "Yes, but only if it was justified." "Justified how?"
"Self-defense. Or maybe even if they were just outright annoying for years on end." "So that's why you always kill the Jerry[s] (jerri? Jerries??)."

"Yup. Those things have horribly design, and they're too snooty for my taste." Classic says, nodding along, "I don't have anything to defend. You're absolutely right. Still, killing is wrong."

You leave with a firm grunt, with nothing else to do. As you walk out the door, a knife nicks your face. You don't care to catch it- your vial energy has gone back to zero. This has happened more and more often, and you think it's because you're gaining both an addiction and a resistance to the paints. The small dosages you take are no longer working as well as they used to. 'Frisk' brings you into a fight. They check you first.

You shake your head in understanding. Nightmare is still on the computer, and he's doing a genocide run. He won't spare you, and he probably doesn't realize that you aren't part of the game. Because your morals are unlike Sans', you meekly press 'Spare' on your end.
Frisk- aka Nightmare presses Fight. You do not stop the hits coming toward you. Each slash stings, but it isn't enough to make you cry out in pain. When it's your turn, you 'flee', mostly because you aren't in the mood for a fight.

Frisk chases after you. This means that you have a sprite in-game. You wonder what it looks like, but the thought is cut off by a knife going for your face. You dodge, and you can practically hear Nightmare's exasperated sigh all the way from your house.
Maybe you'll fight back. It's not like you're hurting anyone important. Frisk isn't in control, and Nightmare isn't physically here, therefore can't take damage. There are no drawbacks.

Your left hand itches for the knife in your pocket, but you make no move to grab it. A feeling arises; one you haven't felt before. Suddenly, there is floating ink by your side. It follows your movements as you saw along with your own boss theme.

It is time.

*On the other side, back in your house*

"Uhhhh, doesn't that look like Y/n?" Killer points out, "I think they're in the OG Undertale right now." Nightmare doesn't hear these important words. He's too focused on not dying to the million solid ink projectiles; unable to heal due to the fact his items button has been hijacked. Where there were once food items was now a simply just pencils, in which when used would have the same text as a stick used in the pacifist timeline: 'You threw the pencil away. Then picked it back up.'
Ink watches the fight intently, trying to figure out if the face on there is really yours. It's difficult to tell with you being pixels n' all, but he can make out the splotch on your cheek, identical to his. He tries to stop Nightmare, causing a fight to break out in the house. 'Ohhhh boyy.' Ink thinks, 'If Y/n is alive after this, my life will be the first taken today!'
