Once Azar was gone, Reign sat on the couch beside me, looking at me gently. He could tell by the look in my eyes that I was upset, and his heart ached, knowing he was the cause of it. "Darling, I am so, so sorry that I forgot the appointment," he mumbled, his eyes glued to me.

He reached out and gently took my hand and held it with his, gently rubbing the back of my hand with his thumb in a comforting motion. "I didn't mean to forget, I swear. I had so many things on my mind and I just forgot. But it is no excuse, I should have remembered." he mumbled gently, guilt washing over his face.

He continued to gently rub the back the back of my hand with his thumb, still keeping his gaze on me. "Darling, please say something. Yell at me, scream, anything. Just don't stay quiet, please. I know you're upset right now, but please don't give me the silent treatment." he mumbled, his tone of voice laced with pleading.

"I thought you were hurt," I said quietly.

Reign felt his heart clench when he heard my quiet tone of voice and what I said. "Darling, no, god no,  I swear to you I'm not hurt. I'm still in perfect health, I swear to you," he mumbled gently, keeping a hold of my hand and gently rubbing the back of it with his thumb.

He felt awful that I thought he was hurt, but he knew it was his fault for forgetting the appointment and causing me to believe such a thing. "I swear to you that I wasn't hurt, I was just distracted and forgot. You have my word that I'm completely fine, darling. I swear to you on our children." he mumbled, gently squeezing my hand.

"I know, I just want to go home. It has been a long day," I stood up slowly "Also, Josh has taken the kids to your dad's place for the night,".

"I'm going to say goodbye to Azar," I said before he could answer I walked into the kitchen where he was "Reign and I are going home," I said gently, I still wasn't right.

Azar looked up when I walked into the kitchen. "You sure you're fit to leave? You still look like you're a bit shaken up."

"Just can't be bothered with anything, my mood is so slow," I rubbed my face.

Azar nodded. "Yeah, I don't blame you. I'd be in a bad mood too." He walked closer to me. "You sure you and little one are going to be okay to go home?"

"You worry like you're my husband," I teased.

Azar chuckled. "Hey you're my best friend, of course, I'm going to worry. Someone as stubborn as you needs someone to keep you in check you know."

He smirked at me but his face softened a bit. "You and the baby will be okay, right? Are you sure you're not going to collapse or anything? You're still a bit pale."

"I think I just need rest," I sniffled.

"Yeah, rest is probably a good idea. You've had a stressful day so you deserve a break." He grabbed a tissue from the box on the counter and handed it to me. "Here, wipe your eyes. No one likes a woman with puffy eyes from crying you know."

I grabbed it and wiped my eyes "I have never told anyone this, Reign doesn't know it about me but I have Bipolar,".

Azar's eyes widened as his face filled with slight concern. He looked at me with a worried look. "You're bipolar? And Reign doesn't know?"

"Why should I tell him now? I'm going home," I walked out.

He followed me. "Hey, wait a second please, listen to me." He said as he stood in front of me. "Why haven't you told him? He's your husband, and he should probably know."

"No," Azar watched as I left, a heavy feeling in his stomach. He couldn't figure out why I hadn't told Reign about me being bipolar. It was concerning that my husband didn't know, especially when I was pregnant.

Hours later, I was laying in bed, eyes closed and exhausted. After the long day I had and the stress from the incident earlier, I was more than tired. The bedroom door opened moments later and Reign quietly entered, closing the door behind him.

After he closed the door, he slowly walked over to the bed, trying to keep his footsteps quiet since he assumed I was asleep. He sat down gently on the edge of the bed, not wanting to disturb me if I was in fact asleep.

When he sat down on the edge of the bed he looked over at me, seeing that my eyes were closed and he assumed I was sleeping. "Darling? Are you still awake?" he mumbled gently, keeping his voice low in an effort to not startle me.

"I don't want to talk so zip it," I said firmly.

Reign was slightly taken back by my firm tone and words, but he understood why I was upset. "Alright, alright, sorry." he mumbled quietly, a hint of hurt at my tone.

He laid down in bed next to me, keeping a fair amount of distance between the two of us. He wasn't sure if I wanted him to be close to me like usual right now, and he didn't want to overstep any unseen boundaries I had in that moment.

He closed his eyes and laid there in quietness, not exactly knowing what else to say or do in that moment. He was still hurt by my firmness, but he had to remind himself that he deserved that treatment from me because of him forgetting about the appointment.

"Why is your tone sounding hurt for hm?" I looked at him.

Reign's eyes opened and focused on me as he heard me speak. He kept his gaze on me, keeping a few inches between the two of us. "Nothing, just... nothing." he mumbled quietly, trying to push past the slight hurt feeling he felt by my harshness earlier.
