Mommy!

I excitedly wave at mommy when I see her outside our school gate waiting for me.

Hello Cuppycakes! How's school baby? Mommy asked as I kiss her cheeks and hug her.

Not so cool because I'm tired doing our project, it's so kapagod.

Ohh, how about let's have a mommy and baby date today? My eyes widen upon hearing mommy's statement.

Yes! Yes! That's my favorite!

Anak gets kita pero please don't shout, pinagtitinginan tayo eh. Mommy shyly making peace signs to our sorroundings. But I didn't mind them, the important thing is mommy is with me.

Anak, eat slowly, my God, para kang dugyot kung kumain eh.

Because I'm hungry mommy and this  steakhouse is my favorite, they're the best! I'll rate them, 1million over 10! Perfect! I happily exclaimed because of the yummy foods I eat.

Are you happy that I brought you here cuppycakes? Mommy asks and I just nodded my head repeatedly along with my thumbs up, indicating that I'm 100% happy. I'm busy eating pa kase kaya I can't talk agad.

So? Mommy has something to tell you pala. Mommy uttered while fidgeting her fingers, causing me to be confuse.

I drink water first before asking her.

What's that something naman?

Ahmm, me and my friends will go to Boracay later, it means we will stay there for about 2 weeks straight, baby.

What? No! I directly disapproved while shaking my head.

Please..... Mommy poutly pleads.

If you go there, this week, I'm totally alone po mommy. I inform her.

Huh? Why naman? you have your mawmaw, lolo and lola, dun ka muna mag stay sa kanila anak, please..

But I want you and daddy as my accompany po. Daddy is busy at work, and next month he will travel to Boston for two weeks also. Mawmaw will go to Ilocos for 3 weeks, while lolo and lola are in Netherlands. Mommy how about me? Everybody is busy and I feel alone sometimes. Hay nako! Adult people are such a headaches. We have a beautiful and big houses but still prefer to travel far away to have peace. I just stated everything to mommy about my realizations lately.

Hey Annie! ang Boracay may dagat at buhangin, sa bahay natin wala kaya that's a different thing anak. Reklamo ni mommy.

Yeah yeah, whatever... I said, shrugging off my shoulder while continue on eating again.

So? Are you allowing mommy na anak? Mommy asks again.

Yeah, I have no choice then, but can we order another cheesecakes mommy? It's so yummy. I ask again.

Lahat naman sayo yummy eh, basta good girl ka when I'm away ha? I can't promise to call you on time also baka walang signal dun eh.

Yeah yeah, Roger that mommy, don't worry. I responded happily.

Greg, are you okay? You seems exhausted, natutulog ka pa ba? Audrey worriedly ask.
