Suddenly I'm pushed against a wall and a hand has a secure grip on my neck it's not trying to hurt me that's for sure but it is restricting my oxygen just a tad bit
"Never and I mean never lash out on me like that again if you have a freaking problem with the way I address you you come to me and you tell me and I'll fucking apologize and we can find some middle ground okay!" She says anger evident in her voice but she was trying so hard to control herself "I will not handle every situation with sexual punishment Koda, a relationship takes all parties involved to corporate in order for it to work so please instead of lashing out pull me to the side and talk to me I'm here to listen I'm here for you you just have to let me." She says with a sad smile then releases her grip on my neck and hugs me tightly while occasionally kissing my neck but not in a sexual way it made me feel safe and for some reason I had a panic attack from the feeling alone.

The exercises worked and I finally calmed down then tightly held on to her as she stroked my hair and whispered reassuring words to me.
