That was never the problem.
The problem lay in the fact that no matter what,
I would never be that for you.
& I don't mean in the way like You're a cheat,
Or a liar,
Or even a bad guy in general.
I mean in the way that You've settled for me.
Where my heart is full
Yours will always be lacking
& that is not ok.
You deserve to love someone the way I will always love you.
You deserve to be so consumed
With the person you love....
& I hope She loves you back the same.
Because a glass half full love
Still feels like drowning alone.
And never seeing the light in your eyes,
Is more soul crushing then setting you free ever could be.
