chapter 33

Jisoo's day went black and white, all colours faded away. She has never expected a day like this. She always thought her family would always love Taehyung even after all.

"I am always here for you" she looks at the wallpaper of Taehyung holding Dalgom.

algom came running to her, jumps on her lap. She carrassed his furs, "do you also miss Appa?" she talks to dalgom.

Yeontan barks looking outside of the room door of Taehyung's. "She won't come today" he talks to yeontan picking him up in his arms. Taehyung and yeontan misses Jisoo a lot in fact Taehyung tried to peak at her room by staying all night infront of her house.

Taehyung haven't seen her for once. She was forbidden to go office either. He waits for everyday for her but can't find to see even a glimpse.

Jisoo's heart was dying everyday waiting for him.

Meanwhile Mingyu's mental health was distorting slowly and now he was almost mad. He went bankrupt and ended up stayed in a asylum. Even Jimin went to see him, his heart broken at the scene. After all this man has raised him up, he can't just leave him like this. He stayed in London and paid visit now and then.

Taehyung was waiting infront of the golf course. This time he came in a golf suit. Jisoo's father was about to leave watching him entering but Taehyung blocked the way "one game please uncle?" he requested. He can't say no when he looks into Taehyung's eyes. His weakness is eye contact with his loved ones.

He sighs. Taehyung started the game with that he started saying "Jisoo would have been happiest if she sees us playing together" he chuckles imagining the sight. Mr Kim hums. "You remember years ago, Jisoo tried to play and failed miserably" he starts. "And everyone made fun of her" he adds laughing.

"Except you and then-" Mr Kim stops midway while laughing. He realised that the bond that Taehyung and Jisoo shares is longest and unbreakable at a point. Even after knowing all that if he can't hate Taehyung or dislike him, how can Jisoo leave Taehyung?

"Jisoo always likes to make me do anything that you likes to do" Taehyung laughs thinking how she wanted him to drink coffee so that he could have it with her father. Mr Kim realized his daughter loved him as much he loves him.

His daughter wanted Taehyung to be fit for the family.

Taehyung slowly started getting emotional as his eyes tears up, "I want to be perfect for her, and for her you're the icon of perfection" Mr Kim heart flutter with happiness and guilt.

"Taehyung.." he calls out.

Jisoo was having lunch with Jin and Irene. her mother serving them, the place is so gloomy. This exact place used to be so chaotic during lunch and dinner times.

"Mom I don't understand why can't we accept Taehyung?" Jin asks his mother ending the dying silence. "I already accepted him buy your father.." she looks at her daughter who was quietly having her lunch. Irene holds jisoo's shoulder "our Jisoo doesn't even speak anymore, is this how we are saving her from insults? By throwing her into depression?" Irene felt really sad to know to see two pure lovers being separated.

"I had enough! I have seen Taehyung always, he is perfect guy. As an elder brother, I want him for my sister!" Jin stood up. "I'll talk to dad" he emphasized with determined look.

Jisoo broke into tears again, Irene quickly pulled her in a hug. "Everything will be alright Jisoo" she mumbles to Jisoo's ear.

Jungkook has been drinking severely. He was continuously texting Jisoo but she never replied. She wasn't in a state to check her phone.

She was always in her gloomy world meanwhile he was going crazy for her. Mrs Jeon has enough of it.

Many days passed, Taehyung finally managed to melt Mr Kim's heart. Today was Jin's engagement party. He invited Taehyung and his family too.

Mr Kim was welcoming guests and eagerly waiting for Kim family. Finally they arrived, he hugged Me Kim immediately. The hug was so emotional at this moment. His wife was surprised to see Kim family here. She went to Mrs Kim and hugged her.

"What has happened?" she whispers to Taehyung's mother. "Taehyung has merged into his heart again" Jisoo's mother broke into a big smile. She quickly hugged Taehyung. "My Tae! Please forgive your aunty" Taehyung hugs back. "No aunty , don't say like it".

Mr Kim broke the hug with his father and pulled Taehyung in a hug. "Welcome back son!" Taehyung smiled at him. They proceed inside.

Jisoo came down in a beautiful dress with Irene. Jin waits for his fiancé to be. Irene walks and stands with Jin, gave a smile.

Jisoo's eyes falls on Taehyung. He gave her a big smile but she didn't smiled back. He frowns at this.

The engagement ceremony begins. Jin made Irene wore the ring with a beautiful confession. Everyone knew Jin loved Irene since college days. Irene family never wanted her to be with him, as he left business world and worked as a painter instead.

But he proved himself and persuaded Irene's family.

After the ring ceremony, Jin walks to his family. "I think I have done a big mistake by not accepting taehyung right away, but I'll make up for it by announcing Jisoo and Taehyung's engagement tonight" as he says he looks at his daughter to see her beautiful smile back on her angelic face.

But to everyone's surprise, Jisoo didn't smiled.

"Dad I don't want to get married to Taehyung" she says this shocking word with a cold face.

Taehyung almost didn't believe what he heard. "Why? What are you even saying Jisoo?" Irene asks with a shocking face as everyone has right now.

"I'm saying I don't want to marry Taehyung, I want to marry someone else" she shocked everyone more now. The Jisoo who always talked about a forever with Taehyung, is now saying she wants to marry someone else?

"Who do you want to marry then?" Her father asked looking at her.

Taehyung's parents were holding Taehyung right now as they felt him shivering almost.

"I want to marry Jungkook instead"  the words were so shocking that Taehyung stumbled backwards loosing his balance.

How can this be true? That's keep repeating in his head.
